2.Delivery

3.RatesandPayment

4.Insurance

TheSuppliershall,attheCustomer’srequest,arrangeandprovideinsurancecoveragefortheGoodsduringtransportation.Theinsurancepolicyshallbeasspecifiedintheattachedinsurancepolicydocument(hereinafterreferredtoasthe“InsurancePolicy”)andshallbeissuedbyaninsurancecompanyapprovedbytheCustomer.

5.LiabilityandIndemnity

TheSuppliershallbeliableforanyloss,damage,ordelaytotheGoodscausedbyitsnegligenceorfailuretoperformitsobligationsunderthisContract.TheSuppliershallindemnifytheCustomeragainstanyclaims,actions,orproceedingsarisingoutofthetransportationoftheGoods.

6.GoverningLawandJurisdiction

ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthrougharbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesofthe[ArbitrationInstitution].
