2.Delivery

PartyAshalldeliverthecompletedmoldstoPartyBwithin[Number]calendardaysfromtheEffectiveDateofthisContract.ThedeliveryshallbedeemedcompleteuponthereceiptofthemoldsbyPartyBatthedesignateddeliveryaddress.

3.Quality

Themoldsshallbemanufacturedinaccordancewiththespecifications,standards,andqualityrequirementsoutlinedintheTechnicalSpecifications.PartyAwarrantsthatthemoldswillbefreefromdefectsandshallconformtotheagreed-uponqualitystandards.

4.PriceandPaymentTerms

6.Termination

ThisContractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyuponwrittennoticetotheotherparty,providedthatsuchterminationshallnotrelieveeitherpartyfromanyliabilityorobligationarisingpriortotheterminationdate.

7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
