.nondisclosureagreement10.1protectingconfidentialinformation10.1.1thenurseshallnotdiscloseanyconfidentialinformationobtainedduringthecourseofemploymenttoanythirdparties10.1.2thenurseshalluseconfidentialinformationonlyforthepurposeofperformingdutiesunderthisagreement10.1.3thenurseshallreturnallconfidentialinformationtothehospitaluponterminationofthisagreement10.2exceptionstothenondisclosureagreement10.2.1thenursemaydiscloseconfidentialinformationifrequiredlaworcourtorder10.2.2thenursemaydiscloseconfidentialinformationtotheextentnecessaryfortheperformanceofdutiesunderthisagreement10.2.3thenursemaydiscloseconfidentialinformationwiththepriorwrittenconsentofthehospital10.3durationandterminationofthenondisclosureagreement10.3.1thenondisclosureagreementshallcontinuetoapplyaftertheterminationofthisagreement10.3.3thenondisclosureagreementmaybeterminatedwrittenagreementofbothparties11.intellectualpropertyrights11.1ownershipofintellectualproperty11.1.1thenurseshallassignallrightstoanyintellectualpropertycreatedordevelopedduringthecourseofemploymenttothehospital11.1.2thenurseshallsignanydocumentsnecessarytoevidencetheassignmentofintellectualpropertyrights11.1.3thehospitalshallhavetherighttouse,modify,anddistributethenurse'sintellectualpropertyasitseesfit11.2useandprotectionofintellectualproperty11.2.1thenurseshallnotuseorappropriatethehospital'sintellectualpropertyforpersonalgainorunauthorizedpurposes11.2.2thenurseshallcooperatewiththehospitalinprotectingitsintellectualpropertyrights11.2.3thehospitalshalltakeappropriatemeasurestoprotectitsintellectualpropertyrights11.3disputesoverintellectualproperty11.3.1anydisputesarisingoutoforrelatedtointellectualpropertyshallberesolvedthroughnegotiationandmediation11.3.2ifthedisputescannotberesolvedthroughnegotiationandmediation,eitherpartymayseeklegalremedies11.3.3第二部分:其他补充性说明和解释说明一:附件列表:1.附件一:护士职责说明详细描述护士的职责范围,包括直接患者护理、协助医生、参与患者护理计划等。2.附件二:工作时间表和排班表列出护士的工作时间表和排班表,包括常规工作时间、轮班安排、加班工作等。3.附件三:薪酬和福利明细详细列出护士的月工资、津贴、保险和福利等内容,包括加班费和绩效奖金等。4.附件四:职业发展和培训计划描述护士的职业发展和培训计划,包括在职培训项目、继续教育机会和技能提升等。5.附件五:护士行为准则和职业操守
