WeChatPayUserServiceAgreement(ForeignEnglishMaterials)

I.Introduction

ThisWeChatPayUserServiceAgreement(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Agreement")isenteredintoandbetweenyou(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"User")andWeChatPay(hereinafterreferredtoas"WeChatPay")toestablishtherightsandobligationsoftheUserinusingtheWeChatPayservice.ByusingWeChatPay,theUseracknowledgesandagreestobeboundthetermsandconditionsofthisAgreement.

II.ScopeofService

1.WeChatPayprovidestheUserwithaconvenientandsecurepaymentservicethroughtheWeChatapplication.TheUsercanmakepayments,transferfunds,andperformotherfinancialtransactionsusingWeChatPay.

2.WeChatPayreservestherighttomodify,suspend,orterminatetheserviceatanytimewithoutpriornoticetotheUser.

III.UserObligations

2.TheUsershallkeeptheirWeChatPayaccountandpasswordconfidentialandshallnotdisclosethemtoanythirdparty.TheUsershallbesolelyresponsibleforallactivitiesconductedthroughtheirWeChatPayaccount.

IV.IntellectualPropertyRights

1.Allintellectualpropertyrights,includingbutnotlimitedtotrademarks,copyrights,andpatents,inandtotheWeChatPayserviceandrelatedmaterialsareownedWeChatPayoritslicensors.

2.TheUsershallnotuse,copy,modify,ordistributeanyintellectualpropertyrightsofWeChatPaywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofWeChatPay.

V.LimitationofLiability

1.WeChatPayshallnotbeliableforanydirect,indirect,incidental,consequential,orpunitivedamagesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeuseofWeChatPay,includingbutnotlimitedtolossofprofits,lossofdata,orlossofbusinessopportunities.

2.WeChatPayshallnotbeliableforanyunauthorizedaccesstotheUser'sWeChatPayaccountoranyunauthorizedtransactionsconductedthroughtheUser'sWeChatPayaccount,unlesssuchunauthorizedaccessortransactionsarecausedthenegligenceorintentionalmisconductofWeChatPay.

VI.Termination

1.WeChatPayreservestherighttoterminatetheUser'saccesstoWeChatPayatanytimewithoutpriornotice,iftheUserbreachesanyprovisionsofthisAgreementorengagesinanyillegalorfraudulentactivities.

2.Upontermination,theUsershallimmediatelyceaseusingWeChatPayandshallnotattempttoaccessoruseWeChatPayinanymanner.

VII.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

1.ThisAgreementshallbegovernedandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthecountrywhereWeChatPayisregistered.

VIII.Miscellaneous

1.ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweentheUserandWeChatPayregardingtheuseofWeChatPayandsupersedesallprioragreements,representations,andunderstandings,whetherwrittenororal.

2.TheUseracknowledgesthatWeChatPaymayprovidetranslationsofthisAgreementintootherlanguagesforconvenience.However,theEnglishversionofthisAgreementshallprevailintheeventofanyconflictordiscrepancy.
