前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则
第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规定
起草。
本文件代替GB/T13397—2008《合金内氧化法银金属氧化物电触头技术条件》,与GB/T13397—2008
相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)删除了部分术语和定义(见2008年版的3.1~3.4);
b)更改了外观毛刺高度指标(见4.1,2008年版的4.1);
c)增加了预氧化法银金属氧化物电触头的技术指标(见表1、表2);
d)增加了内氧化法银氧化镉(17)、银氧化镉(20)、银氧化锌(12)的技术指标(见表1、
表2);
e)删除了金相组织的其他要求(见2008年版的4.6);
f)更改了金相组织的检测方法(见5.5,2008年版的5.5);
g)更改了硬度、金相组织的抽样方案及判定规则(见6.4.4、表4,2008年版的6.4.4、表3);
h)更改了化学成分、密度和电阻率的抽样方案及判定规则(见6.4.3、表3,2008年版的6.4.3);
i)增加了对标志、包装、运输和贮存的特别说明(见7.5);
j)更改了银氧化铜中铜含量的测定方法(见附录A,2008年版的附录B)。

1范围
本文件规定了合金内氧化工艺(包括内氧化工艺和预氧化工艺)制造的银氧化镉、银氧化锌、银氧
化铜等银金属氧化物片状电触头(以下简称“电触头”)的要求、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮
存,描述了相应的检测方法。
本文件适用于合金内氧化工艺制造的银氧化镉、银氧化锌、银氧化铜等银金属氧化物片状电触头,
这些产品主要应用于各种低压开关电器。
