hepurposesofthisContract,"ThirdParty"referstoanyindividual,entity,ororganizationthatisnottheContractingPartyortheDesignerorContractor,andisinvolvedintheperformanceofthisContract.15.2第三方介入的情形TheThirdPartymaybeinvolvedintheperformanceofthisContractinvariouscapacities,suchasconsultant,subcontractor,supplier,orinspectionauthority.15.3第三方介入的义务与责任TheThirdPartyshallperformitsobligationsunderthisContractinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionssetforthinthisContract,andshallberesponsibleforanydamageorlosscauseditsfailuretoperformsuchobligations.15.4第三方介入的权益TheThirdPartyshallhavetherighttoreceivepaymentfortheservicesorproductsprovidedunderthisContract,inaccordancewiththetermsandconditionssetforthinthisContract.15.5第三方介入的违约责任IntheeventofabreachofcontracttheThirdParty,theContractingPartymayseekremediesfromtheThirdPartyinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthisContract.15.6第三方介入的解除TheContractingPartymayterminatetheinvolvementoftheThirdPartyintheperformanceofthisContractiftheThirdPartyfailstoperformitsobligationsunderthisContractorbreachesanytermsandconditionsofthisContract.15.7第三方责任限额TheliabilityoftheThirdPartyunderthisContractshallbelimitedtotheextentprovidedinthisContract,andtheContractingPartyshallnotbeliableforanylossordamagecausedtheThirdParty'sactsoromissionsbeyondthescopeofthisContract.15.8第三方与其他各方的关系TheThirdPartyshallbeanindependentcontractorandshallnotbeconsideredanagent,employee,orrepresentativeoftheContractingParty,Designer,orContractor.15.9第三方介入的协调与沟通15.10第三方介入的合同变更AnychangestothetermsandconditionsoftheinvolvementoftheThirdPartyshallbeagreeduponinwritingtheContractingParty,Designer,andContractor.15.11第三方介入的合同终止UpontheterminationoftheinvolvementoftheThirdPartyunderthisContract,theContractingParty,Designer,andContractorshallsettlealloutstandingmattersinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthisContract.15.12第三方介入的权益保护TheContractingParty,Designer,andContractorshalltakenecessarymeasurestoprotecttherightsandinterestsoftheThirdPartyinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthisContract.15.13第三方介入的违约处理IntheeventofabreachofcontracttheThirdParty,theContractingParty,Designer,andContractorshallhandlethematterinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthisContractandrelevantlawsandregulations.15.14第三方介入的合同解除后的处理UpontheterminationoftheinvolvementoftheThirdPartyunderthisContract,theContractingParty,Designer,andContractorshallsettlealloutstandingmattersinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthisContract.15.15第三方介入的合同解释权归属TheinterpretationofthetermsandconditionsoftheinvolvementoftheThirdPartyshallbegovernedt
