REPRESENTATIONSANDWARRANTIES:

2.TheExpertrepresentsandwarrantsthathe/sheisaqualifiedandexperiencedprofessionalinthefieldofexpertiseagreeduponbetweentheparties.

3.BothpartiesrepresentandwarrantthattheyarenotunderanylegalrestrictionsthatwouldpreventthemfromenteringintothisAgreement.

4.TheEmployerrepresentsandwarrantsthatitwillprovidetheExpertwithasafeworkingenvironmentandnecessaryresourcestoperformhis/herduties.

5.TheExpertrepresentsandwarrantsthathe/shewillperformhis/herdutieswithduediligenceandinaccordancewiththehighestprofessionalstandards.

OBLIGATIONS:

1.TheEmployeragreestoemploytheExpertasa[Expert'sPosition]foraperiodof[DurationofEmployment]commencingon[StartDate]andendingon[EndDate]("EmploymentPeriod").

2.DuringtheEmploymentPeriod,theExpertshallperformthefollowingduties:

a.Provideprofessionaladviceandexpertiseinthefieldof[ExpertiseField]asrequestedbytheEmployer.

b.Attendmeetings,conferences,andothereventsasrequiredbytheEmployer.

c.ConductresearchandanalysisonthesubjectmatterasrequestedbytheEmployer.

d.Prepareandsubmitreports,documents,andrecommendationsasrequiredbytheEmployer.

3.TheExpertshalldevote[PercentageofTime]ofhis/herworkinghourstothedutiesoutlinedinthisAgreement.

4.TheEmployershallprovidetheExpertwith[ListofResourcesandFacilities]toperformhis/herdutieseffectively.

5.TheExpertshallcomplywithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andpoliciesduringthecourseofhis/heremployment.

TERMANDTERMINATION:

1.ThisAgreementshallremainineffectforthedurationoftheEmploymentPeriod,unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisAgreement.

2.EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementbyproviding[NoticePeriod]writtennoticetotheotherparty.

3.Intheeventoftermination,theExpertshallreturnallEmployerpropertywithin[NoticePeriod]aftertheterminationdate.

4.IntheeventofterminationduetotheExpert'sbreachofthisAgreement,theEmployershallbeentitledtorecoveranydamagesincurredasaresultofsuchbreach.

COMPENSATION:

1.TheEmployershallpaytheExpertamonthlyremunerationof[Amount]forthedurationoftheEmploymentPeriod,subjecttoapplicabletaxesanddeductions.

CONFIDENTIALITY:
