LIMITATIONSONTHEEMPLOYER:

8.1TheEmployeragreesnottoterminatethisContractwithoutjustcauseandprovidestheServiceProviderwithanoticeperiodofatleast__monthspriortoanyproposedtermination.

9.1TheEmployeragreesnottounreasonablywithholdpaymentfortheservicesrenderedbytheServiceProvider.
