c)Ensurethesafetyandqualityoftheconstructionproject;
d)MaintaintheconfidentialityoftheprojectinformationprovidedbyPartyA;
e)ProvidePartyAwithregularconstructionprogressreports.
4.ProjectProgressandCompletion
4.1Theconstructionprojectshallbecompletedwithin[CompletionPeriod],startingfromthedateoftheexecutionofthisContract.
4.2PartyAandPartyBshallcoordinateandcooperatetoensurethesmoothprogressoftheconstructionproject.
5.DisputeResolution

6.ForceMajeure

7.TerminationoftheContract

c)Anyothercircumstancesasagreeduponbytheparties.
8.Miscellaneous

4.ProjectProgressandCompletion
