本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则
第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规定
起草。
本文件代替GB/T22671—2008《外转子电动机试验方法》,与GB/T22671—2008相比,除结构
调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
—删除了立式安装方式及图2(见2008年版的第3章);
—删除了“试验要求”(见2008年版的第4章)、“测量”(见2008年版的第5章)和“试验准
备”(见2008年版的第6章),增加了“试验的基本要求”(见第5章)和“试验准备”(见第
6章);
—更改了温升试验方法(见第8章,2008年版的第8章);
—更改了堵转转矩和堵转电流试验方法(见第10章,2008年版的第10章);
—更改了电气强度试验方法(见第13章,2008年版的第13章);
—更改了匝间冲击耐压试验方法(见第14章,2008年版的第14章);
—更改了噪声测定的试验方法(见第18章,2008年版的第18章);
—增加了防护等级测试的试验方法(见第20章);
—增加了齿槽转矩的试验方法(见第21章);
—增加了反电动势的测量的试验方法(见第22章);
—增加了转矩波动的试验方法(见第23章);
—增加了最大转矩测定的试验方法(见第24章);
—增加了最小转矩测定的试验方法(见第25章)。
