前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

本文件是GB/T22504《粮油检验粮食感官检验辅助图谱》的第4部分。GB/T22504已经发布

了以下部分:

—第1部分:小麦;

—第2部分:玉米;

—第3部分:稻谷;

—第4部分:油料。

请注意本文件的某些内容可能涉及专利。本文件的发布机构不承担识别专利的责任。

本文件由国家粮食和物资储备局提出。

本文件由全国粮油标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC270)归口。

本文件起草单位:中储粮成都储藏研究院有限公司、河南工业大学、南京财经大学、四川省粮食质

量监测中心。

本文件主要起草人:唐坤、王艳艳、阎磊、杨超、袁建、兰盛斌、白旭光、杨军、冯永建、牟均、

引言

在实际粮食感官检验时,可能存在标准使用者对粮食感官检验标准中的一些文字表述理解不透彻而

造成检验结果出现偏差的问题。为解决此问题,特制定GB/T22504《粮油检验粮食感官检验辅助图

谱》,目的在于辅助粮食的感官检验。根据粮食的四个大类,GB/T22504拟由四个部分构成。

—第1部分:小麦。

—第2部分:玉米。

—第3部分:稻谷。

—第4部分:油料。

由于油料涉及的种类较多,本文件目前只选取了油料中最为常见的大豆、花生、油菜籽3种。后续

随着新的油料品种的制定需求,会在标准修订时不断完善。

本文件给出了大豆、花生、油菜籽3种油料感官检验辅助图谱的图示。

本文件适用于辅助开展大豆、花生、油菜籽的感官检验。
