ContractforOutboundTravelServices

WHEREAS,theOrganizerisaprofessionaltravelagency,dulyorganizedandexistingunderthelawsof[Country],providingoutboundtravelservices;

WHEREAS,theClientwishestoengagetheservicesoftheOrganizerforanoutboundtravelarrangement;

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementssetforthherein,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:

1.TravelServices

TheOrganizeragreestoprovidetheClientwiththefollowingtravelservices:

(a)Arrangementoftransportation,includingbutnotlimitedtoflights,trains,buses,andothermodesoftransport,asspecifiedinthetravelitinerary;

(b)Bookingofaccommodations,asspecifiedinthetravelitinerary;

(c)Provisionofmeals,asspecifiedinthetravelitinerary;

(d)Arrangementofsightseeingtours,excursions,andotheractivities,asspecifiedinthetravelitinerary;

(e)Assistanceandsupportservicesthroughoutthedurationofthetrip.

2.TravelItinerary

Thetravelitinerary,includingthedestinations,modesoftransportation,accommodations,andotherrelevantdetails,shallbemutuallyagreeduponbythepartiesandattachedheretoasExhibitA.

3.PriceandPayment

ThetotalpriceforthetravelservicesasoutlinedinthisContractshallbe[TotalPrice].TheClientagreestomakethepaymentinaccordancewiththefollowingterms:

(a)Adepositof[DepositAmount]isrequireduponsigningthisContract;

(b)Theremainingbalanceof[RemainingBalance]shallbepaidbytheClientnolaterthan[PaymentDeadline].

4.CancellationandRefundPolicy

IntheeventofacancellationbytheClient,thefollowingtermsshallapply:

(a)Cancellationmademorethan[Numberofdays]priortothedeparturedate:Fullrefund,excludinganynon-refundabledepositsorfees;

(b)Cancellationmadebetween[Numberofdays]and[Numberofdays]priortothedeparturedate:[Percentageofrefund];

5.ResponsibilitiesandLiabilities

TheOrganizershallberesponsiblefor:

(a)EnsuringtheprovisionoftravelservicesasagreeduponintheContract;

(b)Providingaccurateandtimelyinformationregardingthetrip;

(c)Takingnecessarymeasurestoensurethesafetyandwell-beingoftheClientduringthetrip.

TheClientshallberesponsiblefor:

(a)Adheringtothelaws,regulations,andcustomsofthedestinationsvisited;

(b)Obtainingnecessarytraveldocuments,suchaspassports,visas,andhealthcertificates;

(c)AnyexpensesincurredduetochangesorcancellationsmadebytheClient.

6.DisputeResolution

AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedamicablythroughnegotiation.Intheeventofafailuretoreachanamicableresolution,thepartiesagreetosubmitthedisputetothejurisdictionofthecompetentcourtsof[Country].

7.EntireAgreement

ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreements,whetherwrittenororal,relatingtothesubjectmatterhereof.
