引言

食品饮料等行业的快速发展离不开包装,PET瓶以其价格便宜、重量轻、易于成型、性能良好、

便于运输等优势,得到了广泛使用。为了构建高质量现代化经济体系、解决污染问题,推广轻量化

PET瓶包装技术将是减少资源浪费和环境污染的重要途径。

应用轻量化PET瓶吹瓶成型模具吹制PET瓶旨在降低碳排放,包括但不限于以下几种方式:对瓶

型进行轻量化设计制造,减少相同瓶型单个PET瓶的原料使用量;减轻吹瓶模具质量,降低吹瓶模具

驱动能耗,提升吹瓶机生产效率;降低吹瓶压力,减少吹瓶耗气量,降低吹瓶气体生产能耗;降低热灌

装瓶模温,减少模具加热能耗;提高额定产能,降低单位产能的碳排放;使用轻量化PET瓶作为包

装,减少储运质量,降低物流环节的碳排放。轻量化瓶吹瓶模具的推广应用,可大大降低单个PET瓶

对应的碳排放量,推动食品饮料等行业绿色、低碳发展。

技术要求

1范围

本文件规定了轻量化PET瓶吹瓶成型模具的型号、型式、基本参数与工作条件、技术要求、检验规

则、标志、包装、运输与贮存,并描述了相应的试验方法。

本文件适用于食品饮料行业用轻量化PET瓶吹瓶成型模具(以下简称“轻量化瓶模具”)的设计、

制造、检验等,日化、医药等领域可参照使用。

2规范性引用文件

下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中,注日期的引用文

件,仅该日期对应的版本适用于本文件;不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用

于本文件。
