【课标解读】

新课程标准要求根据高中学生的认知特点和学习发展需要,在进一步发展学生基本语言运用

能力的同时,着重提高学生用英语获取信息、处理信息、分析和解决问题的能力;逐步培养

学生用英语进行思维和表达的能力。课程标准要求优化学习方式,让学生能通过观察、探究

等积极主动地学习方法,充分发挥学生的学习潜能,形成有效的学习策略,运用多媒体和信

息资源,拓宽学习渠道,形成具有个性的学习方法。高中英语课程关注学生的情感,发展学

生与人沟通和合作的能力,增进跨文化理解和跨文化交际的能力,增强社会责任感。根据以

上特点,在本节课上采用多媒体教学,运用多种教学方法,调动学生的积极性,迎合新课程

标准对于课堂设计的要求。

【教材分析】

本单元以DevelopingandDevelopedCountries为话题,旨在通过单元教学,使学生

对人类发展的现状有所了解。掌握比较级的表达方式。了解并掌握连接词but,however,

although和while的用法。使学生能用所学知识,写一篇广告体裁的短文,介绍自己的家

乡。Reading是一篇关于TheHumanDevelopmentReport的介绍性文章。文章介绍了2003

年人类发展所取得的成就及存在的问题。全文包括报告产生的背景、报告所包含的主要内容

以及指标衡量的现状。通过该文章的阅读,可以丰富学生有关本单元主题的语言和信息。读

后的练习题从不同侧面培养学习仔细阅读、获取信息及对词汇的理解与区分的能力。

【学情分析】

学生已经进入高一的第二个学期了,对于高中的学习已经有了一定的了解,但是第三册词汇

量明显比前两册更多,文章内容的难度也更进一步,加上学生本身的英语基础就比较差,还

需要教师的逐步引导和循循善诱。本节课又是介绍发展中国家和发达国家的文章,学生对这

方面的信息量也不是很多,所以从导入到阅读文章活动的设计,要真正做到由浅入深的原则,

让学生能在教师的指导下,学到知识,锻炼能力,培养文化素养。

【设计理念】

高中英语教学要遵循新课程标准要求,把听、说、读、写语言技能的训练综合运用于

课堂教学之中,让学生发挥主观能动性,同时也要适应高考新模式,短文填空,改错题都是

新题型,在教学环节设计上要设计出相应的题型进行训练。本节课设计的宗旨就是以学生为

本,根据学生的认知能力和接受程度,设计了不同的活动,使语言知识得到输出,努力提高

课堂教学的实效性,使学生能够提高语言的实际运用能力,营造和谐对话的高效思维课堂。

【教学目标】

1.情感目标:对发展中国家和发达国家进行对比,分析数据,让学生总结出需要爱对贫穷

地区做出的贡献;鼓励学生能在课堂上积极主动,合作学习。

2.认知目标:培养学生分析数据和利用数据表达观点的能力,培养学生的各种阅读能力。

3.技能目标:培养学生用所学知识来写一篇小短文。

【教学方法】

任务型教学;多媒体教学;交际型教学

【教学重难点】

本节课的重难点就在于培养学生如何掌握本节课的重点知识点,并将所学知识进行恰当

的输出,提高学生综合运用语言的能力。

学情分析

课堂教学效果是教师进行课堂教学的落脚点,一切教学手段和教学方法的运用最终目

的就是课堂教学效果的最大化。

一、基础知识的掌握情况

学生是课堂的主体,本节课,学生在教师的引导帮助下,大部分学生都能很好的接受和

吸收所学知识,好的学生吃的饱,中等学生吃的好,只有稍差点的个别学生可能需要课后再

多检查督促,基本可以做到学生各有所得,对于基础知识的掌握程度可以做到很好。

二、教学方法的实施效果

在课堂教学中采取的“任务型”教学方法,在阅读学习的各个环节通过给学生设定时间,

设定问题,并适时地采用自主合作探究学习,学生们都表现的非常积极踊跃。在课堂教学中

能充分体现师生平等、民主教学的思想,师生交流融洽,生生合作和谐,课堂英语氛围浓厚,

教学方法实施的恰到好处。

三、课堂教学的最终效果

在以学生为本,教师主导的新教学理念下,照顾到学生的个体发展和团队合作,教学方

法又得以很好的实施,教与学的氛围都达到了最优化,自然而然,课堂教学效果也达到了最

大化。

古人说:“凡事预则立。不预则废。”强调无论做什么都要预先计划,事先设计。高中英

语教学尤其注重设计,教学设计既是体现教育目的性、计划性、准对性之所需,更是顺利实

施教学,确保教学效果的保证。教学设计是根本。

马卡连柯说:“教育需要的不是很长时间,而是如何利用很少时间。”因此,在课堂45

分钟的教学中,要合理的利用好时间,达到教学的最优速度。教学效果是落脚点,只有做好

每个环节,才能保证课堂实施的整体效果。
