政务信息系统基本要求

1范围

本文件规定了政务信息系统的基本要求,包括一般要求、运行环境要求、系统功能要求、系统安全

要求、系统质量要求、系统文档要求、持续运行要求、清理整合要求。

本文件适用于非涉密政务信息系统的规划、设计、开发、运维和管理。

2规范性引用文件

下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中,注日期的引用文

件,仅该日期对应的版本适用于本文件;不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用
