ompensationPaymentRecordsofCorrespondenceRelatedtotheCompensationLegalOpinionontheValidityoftheCompensationAgreementCertificateofInsurance(ifapplicable)二、BreachofContractandDetermination:FailuretoPay:PartyA'sfailuretomakepaymentaspertheagreedscheduleisabreach.Misrepresentation:IfPartyBhasmisrepresentedtheloss,itmaybeconsideredabreach.FailuretoComply:Eitherparty'sfailuretocomplywiththetermsofthisContractmayconstituteabreach.三、LegalTermsandDefinitions:LiquidatedDamages:Apredeterminedamountofdamagestobepaidintheeventofbreachofcontract.Severability:Acontractualprovisionthatstatesifonepartofthecontractisinvalid,therestcanstillbeenforced.Third-PartyBeneficiary:Apersonwhoisnotapartytothecontractbuthasarighttoenforceitsbenefits.四、ProblemsEncounteredDuringImplementationandSolution
