TheEmployeeshallnotdiscloseanyconfidentialinformationtoanythirdpartywithoutpriorwrittenconsentfromtheEmployer.
IntellectualProperty:
6.1Ownership
AnyintellectualpropertycreatedordevelopedtheEmployeeduringthecourseofemploymentshallbetheexclusivepropertyoftheEmployer.
6.2Assignment
TheEmployeeagreestoassigntotheEmployerallrights,,andinterestinanyintellectualpropertycreatedordevelopedinconnectionwiththeiremployment.
DisputeResolution:
7.1Resolution
AnydisputesarisingoutoforrelatingtothisAgreementshallberesolvedthroughgoodfaithnegotiationbetweentheparties.
7.2Arbitration
Ifthedisputecannotberesolvedthroughnegotiation,itshallbesubmittedtoarbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesof___________________________(ArbitrationInstitution).
