二、立题的意义

我们一线教师是“高效课堂”的践行者，我们必须与时俱进，立足新课程，运用新理念潜心研究课堂教学新方法、新模式，应从课堂教学第一步入手追求各个环节整体高效，我们的课题研究以“高效课堂”目标，以新课程理念为导向，引领我校英语老师探索有效课堂导入理论策略，设计高效导入，指导教学实践，引领我校英语教师专业化发展。

随着社会的进步，英语已从一种工具变成了一种思想，一种知识库。在英语课堂教学中，教师尤其要注重学生主体地位的发挥，以让学生积极参与为目的，在英语课堂的教学导入中更能体现这一宗旨。

课堂导入，一般是指课堂教学开始的3-5分钟内，教师和学生所有教学活动的总称。其作为课堂教学的重要环节，具体是指在进入新的教学内容前，教师为了转移学生的注意中心，激发学生的学习情趣，采用各种教学手段，引导学生进入正式的学习状态的教学行为。本课题研究以我县统一使用的人教版初中语文教材为载体，以全校七至九年级所有班级为实验班，本校英语组教师全部参研。

课题研究的步骤和举措

一、研究目的

1.调查分析总结初中英语教学中一线教师常用的导入方法，制作调查表，对我校全体英语教师进行调查，形成汇总数据，得出教师常用的导入法。

2.分析比较常用的不同类型的各种导入方法特点、功能的异同，研究根据学生心理和教学内容合理选用行之有效导入方法的策略，并跟踪在课堂实际教学中运用的效果，以及学生的评价。

3.借鉴校内外优秀导入案例，运用新理念、新方法和现代化技术手段，进行导入方案设计的自主创新实验研究。

4.加强课堂导入的个案分析，注重研究和推介的灵活巧妙的新方法、新手段总结经验，探索有效课堂导入策略，指导教学实践，引领我校教师教师专业化发展。更好的服务于课堂，服务于学生。

首先，初中英语教材中的情景会话材料的选择上，大都立足于普遍的生活场景，如购物、交往、问候等，这些是东西方人们广泛存在的生活内容，教材编排者的意图就是让学生在这人类共通的生活场面中来体会英语与母语的区别，体会英语应用的精确性，并且在这种模拟的情景中实践自己已经掌握的英语知识，为将来的运用英语积累实践的经验，为以后的英语学习和英语交际提供扎实的应用基础。在英语教学中，作为教师，应该清楚地认识到教材中这些英语情景会话的重要性，不能轻描淡写地带过。不少的英语教师，往往把教材中的这部分内容，当作是训练学生听力的基本材料，或者偏重分析这些材料中的词汇和语法，从而偏离了教材编排者们的良苦用心，因而也偏离了英语课程标准的大纲精神。正确地领悟教材中情景会话内容的编排精神仅仅是情景会话教学的第一步，接下来的就是在具体的教学中如何来贯彻这一精神。笔者认为在情景会话的教学中，学生的切身参与是不可替代的。情景会话的教学精髓就是让学生在模拟的生活场面中扮演特定的角色，依据自己所扮演的角色来练习在特定场合中的特定言语交际，并且要符合英语的传统和习惯。教材中所提供的英语情景会话的材料，通俗一点来说，教材的编排者是个编剧，情景会话材料则个简单的剧本，而课堂教学的任务之一，就是要把这个剧本转化为活生生的舞台演出，导演是教师，学生则是剧本中的各式人物。编剧、剧本、导演的作用不能超越学生这一角色的作用，而是为这些演员们搭建起良好的表演舞台。基于这个原因，应该把学生的亲身实践放在首要的位置，教师切不可越俎代庖，用简单的知识传授来替代学生的课堂实践。

其次，作为英语教师，应该意识到教材编排的局限性和时效性，因此要已经现实生活的变化，灵活地开发新的课程资源，以弥补教材的相关缺失。在新颁初中英语课程标准中就明确地提出要求：“英语课程要力求合理利用和积极开发课程资源”教材是经典，这是个共识，但经典并不意味着永远贴近时代和生活。任何教材，无论如何具备前瞻性，也不能做到对时代和生活作出精确的预见性。而语言则能对之作出灵活和共时的应对。前文已经提及，初中英语教材中的情景会话材料的选择上是立足于人类共同的生活场景的，而这些场景，则是过去的生活经验而已，现实的生活是瞬息万变、千姿百态的，由于教材修订的时间性的局限，不可能进行及时的更新。一种教材一旦编定，势必要经过若干年后才能依据现实的需要进行修订。作为从事初中英语教学的教师来说，如果拘泥于教材中的内容而不与时俱进，那么课堂教学会与实际的生活渐行渐远。

资源的丰富性并不意味着教师在材料选择上的轻松，当前是个信息爆炸的时代，获取信息是非常便捷的，但这种便捷恰恰意味着难度的增加，也就是如何选择过滤这些眼花缭乱的信息，从而能贴近生活的气息和符合学生的实际英语能力，这需要从事一线教学的教师作出艰难的选择。教师所提供的情景会话材料，不是漫无目的地随意裁剪现成的资料，而是要对材料的内容作出精心的剪裁，一切教学资料都要围绕着学生的实际水平和实际需求为核心，以贴近现实生活和反应时代变化为准则。如此以来，应改变以往在教学内容选择上以教师为主导的教学理念，要重视学生的积极参与。应该在学生中进行广泛的调查，了解他们在英语应用中的困惑和不解，了解他们的兴趣和诉求，在学生中收集问题，依据这些问题来精心选择情景会话的资料，真正做到贴近学生的真是需要，唯如此，才能激起学生的学生热情，从而实现情景教学的真正目的。

所谓“教学有法，教无定法”。教材中的情景会话教学材料内容是相对固定的，而教师的教学方法是千变万化的，教师的因素在相关材料的处理中占主导的地位，也就是要求教师能依据所教学生的实际情况作出灵活的处理，是选择增加材料难点还是降低教学难度，这需要教师对教学对象作出客观的调查和评估后才能确定。至于依据生活和时代的变化而选择的辅助情景会话材料，更要求教师作出严谨的判断和精心选择，否则会增加学生理解和应用上的困难，打击学生学习英语的信心。总之，在情景会话的教学中，应以学生作为教学的中心，以提高学生的英语实际应用能力作为教学的最终和最高目标，并且要时刻用这一目的来反思自己的教学效果，真正达到贯彻素质教育的目的和要求。
