makeisthatitwillhelpCubanseconomically—itwillraisetheirincomes,theirstandardofliving,andboostaccess

totechnology.Theseareallgoodthingsinandofthemselves.

Buteasingtheembargo(贸易禁止)willalsohelpAmericans,whowillbenefitfj*ombeingabletotradewitha

neighbor.Thisisthereasonthatconservativeshavelongunderstoodthatfreetradeisnotagiftbestowedon

someone.Ithelpsbothcountriesandinparticular,helpstheUnitedStates.That'swhytheWallStreetJournal's
