二、提高个人修养

从我很小的时候开始，我就一直想从事教师事业的。或许是受我身边人的影响，所以我对教师充满着期望。大学毕业之后，很荣幸的是，我很顺利的开始从事这一份事业了。在幼儿园也已经两个春秋了，其实这也给我增添了不少的阅历。对于这一个月，我也想在做好自己基础工作上再多去提升一些自己，毕竟每个孩子在成长，我作为教师，也应该同步成长。我会为此而努力的。

三、加强家长工作

这个学期的家长工作是做的最好的一个学期，因为今年的情况有些不一样，所以我每天都会准时准点在班级群里汇报孩子们一天的情况，以及每个月都会给每个孩子的父母反映一下孩子的情况，让每一个父母做到安心、放心。这一个月依旧是需要做好家长工作的，我也会保持这一份热情，让每一位家长对教师更加信任，对我们幼儿园也更加的放心。
