②抓重点语句体会险境

利用幻灯出示惊险语句,先让学生自主感悟孩子的险境。然后通过指导朗读,填读形容危急情况的词语来加深对课文内容的理解,使学生入情入境,达到讲解所不能达到的效果。

③寻求挽救办法

人的创造力主要是依靠求异思维,它是创造性思维的核心。依据这一理论,我设计了这一环节,让学生设身处地地探讨抢救孩子的妙法,让学生畅所欲言得出办法后,发现均不很得当,从而得出:船长果断命令孩子跳水是挽救儿子生命不容置疑的唯一办法。

大班的孩子们逐渐懂事了,这个学期我能够感受到孩子们的进步。到了十二月,天气要开始变冷了,所以对孩子们的身体健康、冬季保暖等等方面都是要勤于去关注的。加上冬天的流感是比较猖狂的,所以这个十二月一定要注意在流感方面加倍关注,如若发现有学生感冒了,一定要及时处理,防止出现全班感冒的情况。于此之外,我也会加倍关注孩子们身心成长,希望孩子们能够保持一个好的心态去进步,去长大。十二月是我们这一年最后的一个月,我也希望每个孩子能够真正得到一些成绩,为自己的成长历程增添一些深刻的回忆。

二、提高个人修养

从我很小的时候开始,我就一直想从事教师事业的。或许是受我身边人的影响,所以我对教师充满着期望。大学毕业之后,很荣幸的是,我很顺利的开始从事这一份事业了。在幼儿园也已经两个春秋了,其实这也给我增添了不少的阅历。对于这一个月,我也想在做好自己基础工作上再多去提升一些自己,毕竟每个孩子在成长,我作为教师,也应该同步成长。我会为此而努力的。

三、加强家长工作

这个学期的家长工作是做的最好的一个学期,因为今年的情况有些不一样,所以我每天都会准时准点在班级群里汇报孩子们一天的情况,以及每个月都会给每个孩子的父母反映一下孩子的情况,让每一个父母做到安心、放心。这一个月依旧是需要做好家长工作的,我也会保持这一份热情,让每一位家长对教师更加信任,对我们幼儿园也更加的放心。
