四级真题proposal范文第3篇在2021年12月的四六级考试中，四级写作爆冷考了一个新题型。三套试卷中，有两套都是要求考生写一篇“proposal”（提议/提案），很多同学拿到题目一脸懵，完全不知道怎样作答。

这个其实是属于应用文类型。从2000年1月到2021年6月，四级考试中议论文和应用文的考核比例是6:4，所以大家在复习的时候，也要重视应用文的复习。

今天我们就来说一下怎么写proposal。

对于这个题目，我们可以从格式和内容两个方面去着手。

而且，对于四六级的所有作文题目，我们都是可以按照这个思路去完成的：“格式+内容”。因为，内容固然重要，但是形式出错，同样也很难取得高分。

一、格式

总体而言，提案的格式类似书信，包括称呼，正文和落款。

首先，我们来看称呼，对称呼而言，分两种情况来讨论：

其一，已知收信人；其二，不知收信人。

知道收信人，我们可以用“Dear+**”，具体情况有：

（1）知道“姓名”：DearBob,/DearTom,/…

（2）知道“职位”：DearProfessor,/DearManager,/…

（3）知道“关系”：DearFriends,/DearClassmates,/…

这里要注意的是不可以直接称呼“DearTeacher”，因为“Teacher”代表不了一个人的职位。

其二，如果不知道收信人是谁，称呼可用“DearSirorMadam,”/“ToWhomItMayConcern,”。

无论哪种情况，需要注意的是大小写和末尾的逗号都是格式所要求的，不能随意更改，且要顶格写，不能空格。

2021年12月四级一套写作试题完整题目是这样的：

要求考生写一篇提案，但是也没有说具体的收信人是谁，所以这时我们可以使用“DearSirorMadam,”或者“ToWhomItMayConcern,”。

称呼完成之后，接下来就可以着手写正文部分了。正文部分属于内容方面，呆会儿第二点会具体讲。

信的最后要有落款，落款包括两方面的内容，第一行写敬语，写成“Sincerelyyours,/Yourssincerely,”，如果你记不住Sincerely，可以就写成“Yours，”没有问题，只是前者的表达看起来更高级一些，相应地获得高分的概率也更大一些；第二行写名字，同样是在这套试题中，我们可以看到名字没有明确给出，但是不能用本人的真实姓名，这时我们可以用“WangMing”来代替。

对于落款部分，需要特别强调的是

1.敬语的第一个单词首字母要求大写且结尾使用逗号，

2.“yours”中的“s”不可以省略，

3.“WangMing”首字母分别大写且中间留有空格，

4.落款的部分靠右对齐，写在正文结束之后。

这样，我们就有了如下格式：

正文部分

二、内容

接下来就可以着手写正文部分了，正文部分一般分成三段话，每段话首行缩进两个字符：第一段表明写作目的，第二段提案内容，第三段表示期待，希望我的提案能够被官方采纳，期待收到回信等等。

对于“建议书”，尽管以前没考过，但按照题目提示，作文内容囊括“目的、时间、参与者和活动内容”几大要点，分数就不会低。

第一段：

①交待背景：为什么要写这份建议书？

②表明意图：我是来提建议的。
