3651总则1.0.1为提升北京市城镇排水防涝系统规划设计工作科技水平和成果质量,指导和规范城镇雨洪模型应用技术方法,制定本标准。1.0.2本标准适用于北京市行政区域内新建、改建、扩建城镇排水防涝系统的规划和设计,以及内涝积水过程模拟与分析。1.0.3本标准规定了城镇排水防涝系统规划设计雨洪模型应用的基及模型成果编制等相关工作的指导。1.0.4城镇排水防涝系统规划设计雨洪模型除应符合本标准外,尚应符合国家及北京市现行有关标准的规定。1总则1.0.1为提升北京市城镇排水防涝系统规划设计工作科技水平和成果质量,指导和规范城镇雨洪模型应用技术方法,制定本标准。1.0.2本标准适用于北京市行政区域内新建、改建、扩建城镇排水防涝系统的规划和设计,以及内涝积水过程模拟与分析。1.0.3本标准规定了城镇排水防涝系统规划设计雨洪模型应用的基及模型成果编制等相关工作的指导。1.0.4城镇排水防涝系统规划设计雨洪模型除应符合本标准外,尚应符合国家及北京市现行有关标准的规定。12
