theaverageinterestratefornewmortgageadvancesamountedto5.09percent,whichwasanincreaseof3.5percentagepoints(pp)fromJanuary2022.Althoughinflationcalmedandmortgageinterestratesdecreasedslightlyfromtheirrecentpeak,first-timebuyersstillfacesubstantiallyhighercosts.FIXED
