动物护理员派遣合同合同编号：__________AnimalCaregiverDispatchContractThisAnimalCaregiverDispatchContract(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Contract")isenteredintoasof__________(the"EffectiveDate")andbetween:PartyA:_____________________________Address:_____________________________LegalRepresentative:________________ContactPerson:_____________________TelephoneNumber:__________________PartyB:_____________________________Address:_____________________________LegalRepresentative:________________ContactPerson:_____________________TelephoneNumber:__________________(Hereinafterreferredtoasthe"PartyA"andthe"PartyB"respectively)Witnesseth:1.PartyAisengagedinthebusinessofprovidinganimalcaregiversandrelatedservices(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Services").2.PartyBrequirestheprovisionofanimalcaregiversforthecareandmaintenanceofitsanimals(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Animals").Basedonthemutualbenefitsandconsiderationssetforthherein,thePartiesheretoagreeasfollows:Article1:Services1.1PartyAagreestoprovidePartyBwithanimalcaregivers(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Caregiver")forthecareandmaintenanceoftheAnimalsduringthetermofthisContract.1.2ThespecificServicestobeprovidedPartyAshallbefurtherdetailedintheServiceScheduleattachedheretoasAnnexA(the"ServiceSchedule").Article2:DurationofContract2.2ThePartiesmaymutuallyagreetoextendtheTermofthisContractwrittenagreementexecutedbothParties.Article3:Caregiver'sResponsibilities3.1TheCaregivershallberesponsibleforthedailycareandmaintenanceoftheAnimals,includingbutnotlimitedtofeeding,exercising,grooming,andensuringtheoverallwellbeingoftheAnimals.3.3TheCaregivershallprovideregularupdatesandreportstoPartyBontheconditionandprogressoftheAnimals.Article4:PartyB'sResponsibilities4.1PartyBshallprovidePartyAwithasuitableandsafeenvironmentfortheCaregivertoperformtheServices.4.3PartyBshallberesponsibleforthepaymentofallfeesandexpensesassetforthinthisContract.Article5:FeesandExpenses5.1PartyAshallchargePartyBafee(the"Fee")fortheprovisionoftheServices,asspecifiedintheServiceSchedule.5.2TheFeeshallbepayablePartyBtoPartyAwithin__________daysafterthereceiptofPartyA'sinvoice.Article6:Confidentiality6.1ThePartiesagreetomaintainstrictconfidentialitywithrespecttoallconfidentialinformation(the"ConfidentialInformation")exchangedbetweenthemduringthetermofthisContract.6.2ThePartiesshallnotdisclose,use,ordisseminateanyConfidentialInformationtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherParty.Article7:Termination7.1ThisContractmaybeterminatedeitherPartyuponwrittennoticetotheotherParty,intheeventofamaterialbreachofanyprovisionofthisContractwhichremainsunremediedforaperiodof__________daysafterwrittennoticethereoffromthenonbreachingParty.7.2ThisContractmayalsobeterminatedeitherPartyuponwrittennoticeintheeventof:(a)TheinsolvencyorbankruptcyoftheotherParty;(b)TheexpirationoftheTermwithoutanyextension;or(c)ThemutualagreementofthePartiestoterminatethisContract.Article8:DisputeResolution8.1AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthrough友好协商.IfthePartiesareunabletoresolvethedisputethrough友好协商,thedisputeshallbesubmittedtothe__________Courtforresolution.一、附件列表：1.服务时间表（AnnexA）2.动物健康和疫苗接种记录（AnnexB）3.费用明细表（AnnexC）4.Caregiver的个人简历和资质证明（AnnexD）5.动物护理设施和安全评估报告（AnnexE）二、违约行为及认定：1.PartyA未能按照服务时间表提供Caregiver或服务质量不符合约定。2.PartyB未能按时支付费用或未能提供合适的工作环境。3.Caregiver未能按照约定照顾和维护动物，或未能遵守相关法律法规。4.PartyA或PartyB未履行合同中的保密义务。5.任何一方未经对方同意，擅自终止合同或违反合同其他条款。三、法律名词及解释：1.动物护理员（AnimalCaregiver）：指专门从事动物照顾和维护的人员。2.服务时间表（ServiceSchedule）：指详细说明服务内容、时间、地点等安排的附件。3.费用（Fee）：指PartyA为提供服务向PartyB收取的报酬。4.违约（Breach）：指未能履行合同约定的义务。5.友好协商（AmicableResolution）：指双方通过友好协商解决争议的方式。四、执行中遇到的问题及解决办法：1.动物健康问题：若动物出现健康问题，应及时联系兽医并采取相应护理措施。2.Caregiver更换：若Caregiver因故不能继续服务，应及时安排替代人员。3.费用争议：若
