团体辅导对初中寄宿生自我效能感和心理韧性的干预研究Title:TheInterventionStudyofGroupCounselingonSelf-EfficacyandPsychologicalResilienceAmongJuniorHighBoardingStudentsAbstract:Thisresearchaimstoinvestigatetheeffectsofgroupcounselingonself-efficacyandpsychologicalresilienceamongjuniorhighschoolboardingstudents.Inrecentyears,thedevelopmentofboardingschoolshasbroughtaboutvariouschallengesandpressuresforstudents,suchashomesickness,academicstress,andsocialadjustment.Therefore,itiscrucialtoexploreeffectiveinterventionstrategiestoenhancestudents'self-efficacyandpsychologicalresilience.Thisstudyconductedgroupcounselingsessionsoveraperiodoftime,focusingonself-efficacyenhancementandresiliencebuildingstrategies.Theresultsrevealedsignificantimprovementsinbothself-efficacyandpsychologicalresilienceamongtheparticipants.Thesefindingshighlighttheimportanceofgroupcounselinginterventionsinpromotingwell-beingamongjuniorhighboardingstudents.Introduction:Boardingschoolshavebecomeanincreasinglypopularoptionforstudentsseekingasupportiveanddisciplinedlearningenvironment.However,thetransitiontoboardingschoolmaypresentvariouschallengesanddifficultiesthatcanimpactstudents'psychologicalwell-being.Manystudentsmayexperiencehomesickness,academicpressure,socialanxiety,andotherrelatedissues.Thesechallengesmaynegativelyaffectstudents'self-efficacyandpsychologicalresilience,ultimatelyleadingtopooracademicperformance,reducedself-esteem,andmentalhealthissues.Self-efficacyplaysasignificantroleinstudents'academicachievementsandoverallwell-being.Itreferstoanindividual'sbeliefintheircapabilitiestoexecutespecifictasksandachievedesiredoutcomes.Psychologicalresilience,ontheotherhand,referstoanindividual'sabilitytocopeeffectivelywithstress,adversity,andchallenges.Bothself-efficacyandpsychologicalresiliencearecrucialfactorsinpromotingpositivementalhealthoutcomesamongstudents.Groupcounselinghasbeenwidelyrecognizedasaneffectiveinterventionmethodforenhancingstudents'psychologicalwell-being.Byprovidingasupportiveandinteractiveenvironment,groupcounselingcanhelpstudentsdevelophealthycopingstrategies,enhanceself-efficacy,andbuildresilience.Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheimpactofgroupcounselingonself-efficacyandpsychologicalresilienceamongjuniorhighboardingschoolstudents.Methodology:Participants:ThestudyinvolvedXnumberofjuniorhighboardingstudentsagedbetween12and15.Participantswererandomlyassignedintotwogroups:theinterventiongroupandthecontrolgroup.Intervention:Theinterventiongroupparticipatedinaseriesofgroupcounselingsessions,specificallydesignedtotargetself-efficacyenhancementandresiliencebuilding.ThesessionswereconductedonceaweekforadurationofXweeks.Thecontrolgroupdidnotundergoanyinterventionduringthestudyperiod.Measures:Participants'self-efficacyandpsychologicalresiliencewereassessedusingstandardizedquestionnairesatthebeginningandendofthestudy.Thequestionnairesincludeditemsrelatedtoacademicself-efficacy,generalself-efficacy,andpsychologicalresilience.Results:Dataanalysisrevealedasignificantimprovementinbothself-efficacyandpsychologicalresilienceamongtheinterventiongroupcomparedtothecontrolgroup.Theinterventiongroupshowedincreasedscoresinacademicself-efficacy,generalself-efficacy,andpsychologicalresiliencemeasures.Thesefindingsindicatethatgroupcounselingsessionsfocusingonself-efficacyandresilience-buildingstrategieshaveapositiveimpactonthewell-beingofjuniorhighboardingstudents.Discussion:Thefindingsofthisstudysupporttheeffectivenessofgroupcounselingasaninterventionapproachforenhancingself-efficacyandpsychologicalresilienceamongjuniorhighboardingstudents.Byprovidingasupportiveandinteractiveenvironment,groupcounselingsessionshelpedstudentsdevelophealthycopingstrategiesandenhancetheirbeliefintheircapabilitiestoovercomechallenges.Theresultssuggestthatimplementinggroupcounselingprogramsinjuniorhighboardingschoolscanpromotestudents'overallwell-beingandacademicperformance.However,itisessentialtoconsiderthespecificneedsandcharacteristicsofthestudentswhendesigningcounselinginterventions.Furthermore,futureresearchshouldexplorethelong-termeffectsofgroupcounselingandidentifythemosteffectiveinterventionstrategiesfordifferentgroupsofstudents.Conclusion:Thisstudyhighlightsthepositiveimpactofgroupcounselingonself-efficacyandpsychologicalresilienceamongjuniorhighboardingstudents.Thefindingsem
