光催化下β-萘酚与二芳基膦氧化物区域选择性邻位膦酰化研究(英文)Title:StudyontheSite-SelectiveOrtho-Phosphorylationofβ-NaphtholwithDiarylphosphineOxidesunderPhotocatalyticConditionsAbstract:Phosphorylationreactionsarewidelyusedinorganicsynthesisaskeystepstointroducephosphorus-containingfunctionalities.However,achievingsite-selectivephosphorylationremainsasignificantchallenge.Inthisstudy,weexplorethesite-selectiveortho-phosphorylationofβ-naphtholusingdiarylphosphineoxidesasthephosphorylatingreagentsunderphotocatalyticconditions.Theapplicationofphotocatalysisensuresefficientactivationofthephosphorylatingreagentsandfacilitatestheselectivefunctionalizationofspecificpositionsonthearomaticring.Thereactionmechanismisalsodiscussedbasedonexperimentalresultsandcomputationalstudies.1.Introduction:Phosphorylationreactionsplayavitalroleinthesynthesisofvariousorganiccompounds,astheyenabletheintroductionofphosphorus-containingfunctionalities.Amongthedifferenttypesofphosphorylatingreagents,diarylphosphineoxideshaveshownconsiderablepotentialduetotheirreactivity,stability,andeasyaccess.However,achievingsite-selectivephosphorylationremainsasignificantchallengeduetothepresenceofmultiplereactivepositionsonthearomaticring.Photocatalysisoffersapromisingsolutiontothisissuebyenablingselectiveactivationofthephosphorylatingreagents,thusdirectingthereactiontowardsspecificsitesonthesubstrate.Inthisstudy,wefocusontheortho-phosphorylationofβ-naphtholusingdiarylphosphineoxidesunderphotocatalyticconditions.2.ExperimentalDetails:Theexperimentalsetupinvolvestheuseofaphotocatalyst,alightsource,andthephosphorylatingreagents.Variousphotocatalystsandreactionconditionsaresystematicallyexploredtooptimizethereactionefficiencyandselectivity.Theprogressofthereactionismonitoredbyvariousanalyticaltechniques,suchasNMRspectroscopyandmassspectrometry.3.ResultsandDiscussion:Underoptimizedreactionconditions,thesite-selectiveortho-phosphorylationofβ-naphtholissuccessfullyachievedusingdifferentdiarylphosphineoxidesasphosphorylatingreagents.Thereactionselectivelyoccursattheorthopositionoftheβ-naphtholsubstrate,avoidingtheundesiredphosphorylationatotherpositions.Theuseofphotocatalysisfacilitatestheactivationofthediarylphosphineoxidethroughasingle-electrontransferprocess,leadingtotheformationofaphosphorylradical.Subsequentattackoftheradicalattheorthopositionofβ-naphtholyieldsthedesiredphosphorylatedproduct.4.MechanisticInsights:Togaindeeperinsightsintothereactionmechanism,computationalstudiesareperformed.Theoreticalcalculationsprovidevaluableinformationregardingthepreferredpathwayandtheroleofthephotocatalystinactivatingthephosphorylatingreagents.Theimportanceofthelightsource,thenatureofthephotocatalyst,andtheelectronicpropertiesofthesubstratearethoroughlyinvestigated.5.Conclusion:Inconclusion,thisstudydemonstratesthesuccessfulsite-selectiveortho-phosphorylationofβ-naphtholusingdiarylphosphineoxidesasphosphorylatingreagentsunderphotocatalyticconditions.Theuseofphotocatalysisprovestobeaneffectivestrategyforachievingregioselectivephosphorylationreactions.Themechanisticinsightsobtainedfromthisstudyprovideadeeperunderstandingofthereactionpathwayandwillcontributetothefuturedevelopmentofselectivephosphorylationmethodologies.6.FutureDirections:Themethodologydevelopedinthisstudycanbeextendedtoothersubstratesandphosphorylatingreagents.Furtherinvestigationintothescopeandlimitationsofthisapproachwillprovidevaluableinsightsforthedevelopmentofefficientandselectivephosphorylationreactions.Additionally,exploringthepotentialapplicationofthephosphorylatedproductsinvari
