CRMConnectisanOptusloopapplicationforDesktopthatintegratesyourexistingCRMapplicationintoyourOptusLoopservice,allowinguserstoaccessadvancedvoicefeatures.

TheCRMConnectsolutionwillenableenterpriseuserstointegratetheBroadCloudVoIPplatformdirectlyintotheircustomerrelationshipmanagement(CRM)applications,allowinguserstoaccessclick-to-dial,recorded-calllogging,andotheradvancedvoicefeatures,suchas

FullcontrolofyourphonehandsetfromyourPC

SearchandeditLoopdirectories

ViewthePresenceofotherSiteusers(seewhoisonacallorwhoisavailable)

Allowsuserstomanagetheircallsettings

AllowsuserstoeasilyaddnotesorotherCRMactivitieswhileoncall.

TheCRMConnectsoftwareissuppliedasanInternetdownload.Itisaself-containedinstallerthatcontainsthefilesneededtoinstallacopyofCRMConnect.

Installation

WhenyoufirstinstallCRMConnect,ittakesyouthroughaninstallationphasewhereyouneedtotellityourBroadCloudCRMConnectURLserver'saddressandyourlogincredentialsorextensionnumber.Whenitdoesthis,itpresentstheTelephonysettingspageoftheConfigurationwindow.

ThismodeisdesignedsothatCRMConnectworksco-operativelywithUC-One.ThismeansthatcertainfeaturessuchasPresence,callsettingsandCallHistoryareremovedfromCRMConnectasthesearealsoavailablefromUC-OneCommunicator.ItisalsodesignedtoworkexclusivelythroughtheAPIavailable,withUC-OneCommunicatoreliminatingtheneedforCRMConnecttomakeanydirectconnectiontotheBroadworksXSPplatform*.
