Allofthebrands,theusingindicationandthewarninglabelsofequipmentanditsauxiliaryequipmentshouldbeexpressedbyEnglishorChineseandcommonsigns.

2.2.Softwareandhardwarecanbeupgraded,whichhavethecompatibilitytoothersystem,theprogramcanbeenmodifiedonline,intermsofproductionprocessingchange.

2.3.Alltheelectriccomponentsmustbeusedthatcomefromtheworldfamousbrandse.g.Siemens(includingI/Opanelinsite).Measuremetersmustbeusedfamousproducts(i.e.E+H).themotormustbeusedSiemensorABB.ThetransmittermustbeusedDanfossorSiemenortheotherfamousproducts.

2.4.Diagramincontrolinterfacemustbesimilartoproductionprocessing.Allfunctionalbuttersinthediagramshouldbereasonablydesignedforeasyoperation.Alltheparametersmustdisplaywithmeasureunits.Inaccordingtomanagement,operationandmaintenance,thereshouldbepasswordprotectionindifferentlayers&droitinoperationinterface.

2.5.Thedataofallexaminationsshouldenterthedatabaseandcanenterthebuyer’snet,andcanshowandprinttheinformationonUHT(includingproduction,stop,cleaning,disinfectandyield)onthecomputerofthebuyer.Temperature,pressureandfluxofthemainpartsdepositintothedatabaseforatleastthreedays,andthecurveisrecordedat500MS.

2.6.Afterthecommissioningofthesoftware,allthesystematicsoftwareandapplicationsoftwareshouldbeformedindisctobegiventhebuyer.andrelativeoperationmanualsorthespecificationonusageshouldbegivenatthesametime.

2.7.Nomentioneditemsshouldbeaccordingtoprincipleofthequalityfirstandperformancebest.Theprocessingdesignshouldbeconsideredenergysaveandlowcostproduct.

Ⅵ.Thesellerduty(Besidesabovementionedscopeofsupply,thesellershouldalsoundertakethefollowingduty):

1.Supplyingpublicservicesinformation:Thesellershouldprovidedetailinformationonrequiredvolumeandloadofpublicservices.Aftersigningthecontract,thesellershouldrefertherequirementofpowerentrylineandenergypipelinesizeinstalledbythebuyerwithintwoweeks.

2.Unloadingandstoringofequipments:Thesellershouldundertaketounload,storeandtakecareofequipmentsduringequipmentsarrivalonspotorbeforeandinstallation.

3.Undertakinginstallationandcommissioningofequipments,andaffordingallcostscausedbyinstallationandcommissioningofequipment.

4.Providingallspecifictools,apparatusandspecificelevatingplantsneededbyinstallationandcommissioningoffactory.Allcostscausedbythementionedarebornebytheseller.

5.Intermsofthebuyerdefiningpublicengineeringinterface(withlayoutdrawing),providingpipe,valve,filter,pressuregauge,thermometerandflowmeterrequiredbythepublicengineeringconnectedwithequipment.

6.Beingresponsiblefordesigningandconstructingtheconnectionofproductpipebetweentheformerandlaterstage.Andprovidingfittingandvalvesrequired.Thewastewaterwhichequipmentdischargeshouldbedrainedthroughthestainlesssteeltube.

7.Materialsofinstallation:

7.1.Allthepipelinescontactingwithconcentrateacid&alkaliandtheproductsadopt316Lorthesamematerialqualitystainlesssteel,theotherpipelines'bracketsadopt304Lorthestainlesssteelofthesamematerialquality.

7.2.Alltheelectriccablesandsignalwiresadopttheplasticinsulationwiththefeaturesofpreventingacid,alkali,antiseptic.Thewire’sgroovemustbestainlesssteelplateenclosurestructure(thethicknessisabove1.5mm).

7.3.Theinsulatinglayerofthepipelinesneededheatpreservationhasgoodfeaturesandmeetstherequirementofthefoodfactory.Theskinadoptsthestainlesssteelplate(thethicknessisabove0.5mm).

7.4.Allthematerialsforinstallingmusthavetheplaceofproduction,thecertificationandspecificationofthematerialquality.

Testingequipment:thesellershouldprovidethetestingequipmentandensure

theusabilityatsiteofthetestingequipmentwhilereasoningwhetherplant

equipmentsatisfiestherequirementandparametersasstipulatedinthecontract

and/orstandard.

Siteprojectmanager:thesellershouldsendprojectmanagertothesiteand

informthebuyer.He/Sheshouldhaveenoughrightsastherepresentativeofthe

sellertoissueandreceiverelatedcommandanddirection,putforwardadvice

andsuggestion,anddotheassociativelysitechecking.Thesellershouldensure

thatitsadjustingrepresentativebeatsitefromthebeginningoftheinstallation

totheendofthetest-run.

Packageandtransportation:thesellerchoosingthepackingsizeandweightshouldconsiderthewayoftransportationandlocaltransportationsystem.

After-Salesservice:

11.1.Thereareserviceengineertoofferfree-chargetracingservicesforatleastoneyearaftertheequipmentisacceptable.

11.2.Afterthesellersellsequipmenttothebuyer,thebuyeronlyisresponsiblefordailymaintenance.Thesellershouldberesponsibleforbigexaminationofequipmentandmakinga1000-hourplanofmaintenanceandreparationofequipments.Afterthepre-datingexpire,bothofthemshouldsignanotheragreementaboutmaintenance,serviceandtakingcare.

11.3.Afterthesellerreceivesamaintenanceannouncementfromthebuyer,ifitcanbesolvedbytelephoneorfax,solvingbytelephoneorfaxmustbesolvedwithin24hours.Ifnot,thesellermustsendqualifiedengineerstothespottorepairthemwithin48hours.

11.4.Thesellershouldintimeprovidetheinformationofdomesticmanufacturersthatmakesparepartsanddailyconsumablematerialusedforequipmentsduringoperatingequipments.

11.5.Personaltraining:Thesellershouldtraintheoperatorsintheplantofthebuyeratplantsite.

Sitetraining:detaildescriptionoftheoperationandmaintenancemethod,demonstrationofadjustmentandcontrolofequipment,provisionoftraininginformation.Andtheformaltrainingclassisnolessthan36hours.

Ⅶ.Drawinganddocumentation(Thebiddocumentationdeliveredbythe

sellershouldincludethefollowingChinese-Englishdocumentations):

Designspecifications.

Thelayoutofequipments:showingtheoperationofequipmentsandthespaceofmaintenance.

3.Processdiagram:displayingallcontrolpointsandmeters.

4.Therequirementofenergyconsumptionandenergyquality.

5.Technicalspecification:describingperformance,material,standard,typeandhomeofprovidingequipments(Theappearancesmarkmeasureaccuracy).Allequipmentshouldhaveproductsample,anddefineitsspecification,theplaceandthesizeofpipenozzleconnectedwithwater、electric、steam、coolandcompressedair.

6.Thescheduleofenforcingproject:Thesellershouldprovidethescheduleofenforcingprojectindayunit.

7.Whenthecontractcomesintoforce,thesellershouldprovideproperdocumentinformationonequipment:specifications,certificationforleavingfactory,maintenancemanuals,sparepartsmanualsandelectricalmanualswithintwomonths.Allofthedocumentsshouldbe3copiesinChineseandEnglishrespectively.
