1.0.1Thisstandardispreparedwithaviewtoregulatingthequalitygradeevaluationof

unitworksforInstallationofHydraulicSteelStructuresandHoistsofHydropowerProjects,

soastoensurequality,safetyandapplicability,technologyadvancementandeconomic

rationality.

1.0.2Thisstandardisapplicabletothequalitygradeevaluationoftheinstallationof

steelgate,trashrackandhoistofhydropowerprojectsaswellastheunitworksfor

manufactureandinstallationofpenstock.

1.0.3Thequalityevaluationofunitworksshallbecarriedoutaftertheresultsofthe

inspectionitemsmeettherequirementsofcorrespondingacceptancespecifications,and

shallbeprovidedwithcomplete,fullandaccurateconstructionrecords.

1.0.4Thequalitygradeevaluationofunitworksforinstallationofhydraulicsteel

structuresandhoistsofhydropowerprojectsshallnotonlycomplywiththerequirements

ofthisstandard,butalsocomplywiththosestipulatedinthecurrentrelevantnational

standards.

3.1Projectclassification

3.1.1Thequalitygradeevaluationitemsofhydropowerprojectshouldbeclassifiedinto

3.2Qualityevaluation

3.2.1Thequalityevaluationgradesofunitworksareclassifiedintoqualificationgrade

andexcellentgrade.

3.2.2Aunitworkwillbeevaluatedasqualifiedwhenallofitstestingitemsmeetthe

requirementsofqualifieditems.

3.2.3Aqualifiedunitworkwillbeevaluatedasexcellentwhentheexcellentrateofits

mainorgeneralitemsisabove70%.

3.2.4Thequalitygradeevaluationofunitworksshallcomplywiththefollowing

conditions:

1Allconstructionitemsofaunitworkhavebeencompletedandaccepted.

2Allquality-relateddefectshavebeentreatedorprovidedwithtreatmentopinions

approvedbythesupervisionorganization.

3.2.5Thequalitygradeevaluationofunitworksshallbecarriedoutaccordingtothe

followingprocedures:

1Theconstructionorganizationconductstheself-inspectionfortheconstructionquality

ofunitworkscompleted,andapplyforacceptancebythesupervisionorganizationafter

passingtheself-inspection.

2Afterreceivingtheapplication,thesupervisionorganizationshallconductthesampling

re-inspectionandtheacceptance.Theconstructionqualityofimportantconcealedunit

worksandkeypartunitworksshallbejointlyacceptedbyateamcomposedofthe

representativesoforganizationssuchastheconstruction,design,supervisionand

constructionorganizations.

3Theunitworksshallbesubjectedtoqualitygradeevaluationafterpassingthe

acceptance.

3.2.6Thequalitygradeevaluationofunitworksshallincludethefollowingdata:

1Proceduredocumentssuchasconstructiondrawings,constructionschemes,

constructionrecordsandacceptancedata.

2Qualityinspectionrecordformandqualitygradeevaluationformforunitworksfilledin

bytheconstructionorganization.

3Thesamplingre-inspectiondataonwhichqualityopinionsaresignedbythesupervising

engineer.

3.2.7Theformatofqualityevaluationformforunitworksshouldcomplywiththe

requirementsofAnnexAhereof.

4Penstockmanufacture

4.1Qualityevaluationconditions

4.1.1Beforebeingdelivered,thepenstockshallbeinspectedaccordingtothecurrent

nationalstandardGB50766Codeformanufactureinstallationandacceptanceofsteel

penstocksinhydroelectricandhydraulicengineering,andsubjectedtodeliveryrecording

aswellasqualitygradeevaluationforunitworksinaccordancewiththosespecifiedin

Clause3.2.

4.1.2Theunitdivisionforqualitygradeevaluationofpenstockmanufactureshallcomply

withthefollowingrequirements:

1Forstraightpipes,bendpipesandgradientpipes,ajointorasegmentisregardedas

aunit.

2Anexpansionjointisregardedasaunit.

3Abifurcationisregardedasaunit.
