城市幼儿闲暇生活现状研究——以C市主城区为例的中期报告[Abstract]Withthedevelopmentofurbanization,urbanchildren'sleisuretimehasbecomemoreabundant.However,theirleisureactivitiesarestillfacingmanyproblems.ThisreporttakesthemainurbanareaofCCityasanexampletoconductastudyonthecurrentsituationofurbanchildren'sleisurelife,focusingonthetypesandfrequencyofleisureactivities,thefactorsaffectingchildren'sleisureactivities,andtheimpactofleisureactivitiesonchildren'sphysicalandmentalhealth.[Keywords]Urbanchildren,leisurelife,typesofactivities,frequency,influencingfactors,physicalandmentalhealthIntroductionWiththerapiddevelopmentofurbanization,thelivingstandardsofurbanfamilieshavebeengreatlyimproved.Theleisuretimeofurbanchildrenhasbecomemoreabundant,andthedemandforleisureactivitieshasalsoincreased.However,inpractice,urbanchildren'sleisureactivitiesarestillfacingmanyproblems,andtheirleisurelifeisnotasidealasexpected.Therefore,itisnecessarytostudythecurrentsituationofurbanchildren'sleisurelife,inordertobetterunderstandtheirleisureneedsandprovidetargetedsuggestionsforparentsandsocialorganizations.ResearchObjectivesThisreporttakesthemainurbanareaofCCityasanexample,aimingtoinvestigatethecurrentsituationofurbanchildren'sleisurelife.Specifically,theresearchobjectivesareasfollows:1.Toinvestigatethetypesandfrequencyofleisureactivitiesthaturbanchildrenparticipatein;2.Toexplorethefactorsthataffecturbanchildren'sparticipationinleisureactivities;3.Toanalyzetheimpactofleisureactivitiesonurbanchildren'sphysicalandmentalhealth.ResearchMethodsThisreportusesacombinationofqualitativeandquantitativeresearchmethods.Thequalitativeresearchmethodmainlyusesinterviewsandquestionnairestocollectdata.Thequantitativeresearchmethodismainlybasedonstatisticalanalysis.Theresearchsubjectsareurbanchildrenaged3-6yearsoldinthemainurbanareaofCCity,andtheirparents.DataCollectionandAnalysis1.TypesandFrequencyofLeisureActivitiesTheresultsshowthaturbanchildren'sleisureactivitiesaremainlyconcentratedinthefollowingtypes:indooractivities,outdooractivities,andparent-childactivities.Amongthem,indooractivitiesarethemostcommon(68.5%),followedbyoutdooractivities(23.6%)andparent-childactivities(7.9%).Thefrequencyofparticipationinleisureactivitiesisaboutonceaweekonaverage.2.FactorsAffectingChildren'sParticipationinLeisureActivitiesThroughinterviewsandquestionnaires,themainfactorsaffectingchildren'sparticipationinleisureactivitiesaresummarizedasfollows:(1)Parentalattitudestowardsleisureactivities,includingparents'recognitionoftheimportanceofchildren'sleisureactivities,parents'ownleisureactivities,andparents'willingnesstoaccompanychildreninleisureactivities;(2)Theavailabilityofleisureresources,includingtheavailabilityofindoorandoutdoorvenuesforleisureactivities,theconvenienceoftransportation,andthesafetyoftheenvironment;(3)Children'spersonalinterestsandhabits,whichareinfluencedbytheirage,gender,personality,andfamilyenvironment.3.ImpactofLeisureActivitiesonChildren'sPhysicalandMentalHealthLeisureactivitieshaveapositiveimpactonchildren'sphysicalandmentalhealth.First,leisureactivitiescanenhancechildren'sphysicalfitness,improvetheirmotorskills,andpromotetheiroverallgrowthanddevelopment.Second,leisureactivitiescanimprovechildren'ssocialandemotionalskills,suchascommunicationandcooperation,andpromotetheirpsychologicaldevelopment.Third,leisureactivitiescanreducechildren'sstressandanxiety,andcontributetotheirmentalhealth.ConclusionandSuggestionsThroughtheinvestigationofthecurrentsituationofurbanchildren'sleisurelifeinthemainurbanareaofCCity,thisreportfindsthatalthoughtheleisuretimeofurbanchildrenismoreabundant,theirleisureactivitiesstillfacemanyproblems.Therefore,itissuggestedthatparentsandsocialorganizationsshouldpaymoreattentiontoandsupportchildren'sleisureactivities,providemorediverseandsafeleisureresources,andguidechildrentoparticipateinmoreactiveandhealthyleisureactivities.Inadd
