平安措施

办理工作票，确认工作票所载平安措施已正确执行。

-dealwithworkingticket,confirmationworkingticketcontainedinthesafetymeasureshavebeenimplementedcorrectly.

进入现场穿工作服戴好平安帽，高空作业系好平安带。

-enterthesitetowearworkclotheswearahelmet,theworkhighabovethefastenyourseatbelt.

开工前，工作负责人要向工作班成员具体交待平安措施及留意事项，明确工作范围，并装设围栏。

工序3

电动机拆运至检修现场

核对电动机编号并抄录铭牌，将待拆动的部件做好相应的标记。

联系热工拆开测温元件电动机侧的连接线，并做记录。

拆开电动机电源电缆接线和加热器电源接线，并做记录，检查电源电缆接头无过热变色，接触面平整，将其三相短路接地，并做好电缆防护措施。

通知相关机械班组拆开靠背轮和地脚螺丝，并做好回装记号，以及拆开电动机平台阻碍搬运的护拦。

清理洁净检修现场后，联系起重人员起吊电动机，搬运至检修现场。

工序4

电动机解体

工作负责人向工作人员交待现场安措及特别留意事项。

电动机解体前测量绝缘电阻，并做记录。

采纳火焊加热法拆卸电动机侧靠背轮，要求加热匀称至靠背轮可轻易撬出来，撬靠

背轮时留意不要伤及轴颈，并检查键和键槽，准时收集好键，在靠背轮和轴颈冷却时应实行隔离措施防止人靠近。

拆卸电动机风冷却器，吊至合适场所（吊时留意清除洁净粘到风冷却器的密封垫），拆开风冷却器进风口部分，用3Kg以上压力的清洁水从两端冲洗洁净铝管内壁，用5Kg以上压力的压缩空气吹扫洁净风冷却器内部，并除锈和防锈处理风冷却器进风口部分，更换密封垫。

检查电动机内部的清洁状况，若内部灰尘过多，说明密封状况不好，应考虑加以编织袋水性油墨改进，若轴承漏油到内部，检查内油盖与轴颈的间隙，实行措施削减其过大间隙。

拆卸电动机轴承外油盖上的测温探头、加卸油管路，收集好并清洗洁净。
