2008-2009学年度教学工作总结及反思——济南实验初中初三外语教研组随着中考落下帷幕，一年的初三工作又画上了一个句号，初三备考工作不仅仅是教师和学生体力上的竞争，同时更是智力上的较量，谁能在中考备考中的计划更周密，谁能对试题研究的更到位，谁能对中考的重难考点把握的更加准确，谁的学生就能在同等情况下更加节约时间，谁的学生的训练就会更加的有针对性，相应的在中考过程中取得的成绩就会更加突出，现结合09年我校的初三个备考工作谈谈复习计划的落实情况并结合今年中考谈谈落实情况的得与失。一09年初三备考工作的计划及计划落实情况第一轮复习A：时间3月2日-----4月20日B：形式结合《激活中考》进行第一轮的全面复习，《激活中考》起点比较低，符合我们第一轮的复习要求，《激活中考》材料的第一部分是音标，单词及词组，这一部分内容的针对学生是班里的中下游学生，快速的提问词组和单词，帮助同学再次识记音标，这一部分内容对于好同学的要求是上课背诵，利用“脑风暴”联想相关的知识点，争取联想到位，知识系统，比如，讲到sitdown优等生快速联系中考容易考到的pulldown,putdown,getdown---如此反复的识记区别，提高上课的效率，上课过程讲究知识点提出的有效性，教师提问的有效性，对学生进行点对点的，点对面的反复强化。为了充分的落实到笔头，第二天我们还会对这一部分进行听写。《激活中考》材料的第二部分是语法讲解，对于这一部分的处理以学生在家学习为主，上课教师以提问为主要的检查方式，我们的感觉是，既然书本已经讲解的很明确细致了，就没有必要再填鸭式讲解了，这里我们做的工作主要是“加减法”，加上我们认为更重要的，减去我们认为中考不考的，减轻学生的负担，使学生对知识的理解做到心中更加有数。《激活中考》材料的第三部分是中考习题，这里各个老师的处理略有不同，有的是上课完成，有的是课下作业，但总的以答疑为主。我们对于材料的使用有一个原则，即，既然用就要用透，所以，我们根据《激活中考》的材料原题，第二天还会有一个小测试，大概5分钟完成，我们的目的就是让所有的学生跟上特别是扎实的跟上第一轮的复习进度，不一定很难，但一定要作对，告诉学生“会”并不一定“对”。附：《激活中考》材料测试七下1----3测试测试序号1成绩______________姓名________________同学们：从今天开始要进行基础知识的测试了，我相信只要认真复习，你一定会成功。There___________adoorandtwowindowsintheroom.(be)There__________atalkshowonCCTV----4atninethisevening.(be)Look,adrunkman__________(lie)ontheground.MissCathyfromAmerica_______________(teach)EnglishintheJinanformorethan5years.Alotofman—madesatellites_______________(send)toexplorethemoonafewyearsago.It’sreportedthatthousandsofpeoplearelookingforwardto__________(study)abroad.MyauntlivesinShenyang._____________________yourauntlive?Billhadfunintheparkyesterday.=Bill_____________________________intheparkyesterday.Therearesomeflowersinthegarden.________________________inthegarden?Therearen’tanybookshopsnearhere,_____________________?这儿附近有银行吗？___________thereabank_____________here?因为他们有几分有趣。____________they’re_____________________interesting.书店紧挨着邮局。Thebookshopis______________________thepostoffice.Doyouknowtheboysitting____________Peter________________?(坐在Peter和我之间)。There____________________someoneintheroom.(肯定有)Now,thestudyofEnglish____________________________averyimportantindustry（行业）inchinaaswellasintherestoftheworld.(被看作是)翻译第16题____________________________________________________________________C：备注说明：由于每个老师的教学特色不同，我们在统一的基础上又根据每个班的具体教学采取了适合自己的教学路线，比如有的老师在第一轮的基础上每一周，拿出一节课来渗透了题型专项复习，这样可以在第一轮的基础上帮助学生应付模拟考试，与第一轮复习形成互补。还有的老师根据自己班的教学附加了学案的练习，对激活形成有益的补充。当然这样在很大程度上增加了老师的教学任务，但总的来说第一轮的复习是扎实的，特别对于提高及格率是很有帮助的。第二轮复习A：时间4月21日———5月12日B：形式：专项练习为主，结合我们自己编的二轮复习资料，大量的进行题型（30个单选，词形，汉译英或句型改写）练习，这一轮的复习中我们的目的是将单元练习中得知识点以大多数学生都会的题型形式进行纵向强化。C：备注：在一轮与二轮的复习当中我们还将千佛山的试题作为我们的大测试，利用了下午的自习课进行了正规考试，教师基本做到了全批全改，作文还都进行了2稿3稿的批改。附：二轮复习的其中一套题，共计15套一1.---Lookat____animal.It’sinteresting.---Whichonedoyoumean?____blackonewithalongtail?A.an,TheB.an,AnC.the,TheD.the,An2---Whydon’tyougotothelecture-roomandlistentothetalk? ---Ihearthereisn’t_____init.
