MemberStatesshallbringintoforcetheprovisionsneededinordertocomplywiththisDirectivewithin18monthsofitsnotificationandshallforthwithinformtheCommissionthereof.2. EC部件型式认证的申请1.1.按照指令70/156/EEC对倒车灯的EC部件型式认证申请应该由制造商提交。1.2. 附录1给出了通告文件的样式。1.3. 下列资料必须提交给负责进行型式认证试验的技术服务部门∶1.3.1.两个样本，安装有推荐的灯具；如果装置不相同但是对称的，适于将1个安装在车辆的左侧，将另1个安装在车辆的右侧，提交的2个样本可以是相同的，适于安装在车辆的左边或者右边。2. 标志2.1. 提交用于EC部件型式认证的装置必须贴有∶2.1.1.制造商的商标名或标志；2.1.2.如有必要，为了防止倒车灯在车辆上安装时出现错误，在照明表面水平粘贴“TOP”标志；2.1.3.如果灯具使用可更换的光源∶规定的白炽灯的型式；2.1.4.如果灯具使用不可更换光源∶标称电压和瓦数2.2. 这些标志应该清晰易读、难以拭除，粘贴在灯具的照明表面或其中的一个照明表面。装置安装在车辆上以后标志应该从外部清晰可见。2.3. 每个装置应该有足够的空间粘贴部件型式认证标志。共42页第16页1977L0539_EN_01.05.2004_006.001_93. EC部件型式认证的授予3.1. 如果满足关要求，按照指令70/156/EEC第4(3)条，如果适用，还有第4(4)条，应该授予EC型式认证。3.2. 附录2给出了欧洲委员会型式认证证书的样式。3.3. 根据指令70/156/EEC附件VII，对于获得认证的倒车灯分配一个认证编号。相同的成员国不应该对另一种倒车灯分配相同的编号。3.4. 对于由倒车灯和其它灯具组成的照明和灯光信号装置的EC部件型式认证，可以分配单一的EC部件型式认证编号，只要倒车灯满足本指令的要求，并且形成照明和灯光信号装置（对此申请EC部件型式认证）组成部分的其它灯具符合适用于它的单独指令。4.
