Uponexpirationofaperiodof60monthsafterthedateofentryintoforceofSupplement8,ContractingPartiesapplyingthisRegulationmayprohibitthefittingofdevicesasdescribedinparagraph13.1.abovewhichdonotmeettherequirementsofthisRegulationasamendedbySupplement8onanewvehiclefirstregisteredmorethan60monthsafterthedateofentryintoforceofSupplement8tothisRegulation."Paragraph13.(former),renumberasparagraph14.共6页第5页第4号条例适用本条例的各缔约国，不应拒绝发放本条例先前系列修正
