anythingtheyconsiderlowerontheevolutionaryladder.For

othertasks,suchasdeliveringpapersandlaboringonthedocks,

ourman-apewouldhavetoworkunderhumanoverseers;and,

afteritsbooklesspastwewouldhavethemostdemocraticform,

of"college"imaginable.Amongthepeoplewhomweliketocall

savagesallknowledgeinheritedbytraditionissharedbyall;

UngavaBay,Quebec,affected99percentofthepopulationand
