Corp.Ltd.,AnsteelMineConstructionCo.,Ltd.andotherrelevantorganizationsaccordingtothe

requirementsofDocumentJIANBIAOHAN[2005]NO.124issuedbyMinistryofConstruction

(MOC)"NoticeonPrintingtheDevelopmentandRevisionPlan(the2ndbatch)ofNational

EngineeringConstructionStandardsin2005".

Duringdevelopingthiscode,thedevelopmentteamstudiedthecurrentnationallaws,

regulationsandstandards,conductedinquiryandinvestigation,analyzedtheexperienceofyearsin

qualityacceptanceinspectionofelectricalequipmentinstallationinmetallurgy,discussedand

revisedtheclausesofthiscoderepeatedly,solicitedopinionsfromtherelevantorganizationsand

expertsandfinalizedthisversionaftercarefulreview.

Thiscodeconsistsof26chaptersandsixappendices.Thisrevisionhaschangedtheapplicable

Thiscodeisformulatedwithaviewtoenhancethequalitymanagementofelectrical

equipmentinstallationengineeringinmetallurgy,unifythestandardsforqualityacceptance

inspectionofelectricalequipmentinstallationengineeringinmetallurgyandguaranteethe

constructionquality.

1.0.2

Thiscodeappliestotheinstallationqualityacceptanceofelectricalequipmentthatisrated

500kVorlowerinconstruction,extensionandrenovationofmetallurgicalenterpriseswitharated

voltageof500kVorbelow.Theacceptanceinspectionoftheimportedelectricalequipmentshallbe

carriedoutinaccordancewiththecontractstipulations.

Therequirementsforacceptanceinspectionofconstructionqualitywhichissetinthe

engineeringtechnicaldocumentationandcontractdocumentsusedintheconstructionofelectrical

equipmentinstallationengineeringinmetallurgyshallnotbelowerthanthosespecifiedinthis

code.

Theacceptanceinspectionofconstructionqualityofelectricalequi专用pmentinstallationengineeringin

metallurgyshallcomplywiththecurrentnationalstandardsinadditiontothiscode.

2BasicRequirements

2.1GeneralRequirements

2.1.1

Thereshallbecorrespondingconstructiontechnicalstandard,completequalitymanagement

system,qualityinspectionsystemandcomprehensivequalityassessmentsystemfortheconstructionforthe

electricalequipmentinstallationengineeringinmetallurgy.Theinspectionmaybedocumentedaccordingto

therequirementsspecifiedinTableA.0.1inAppendixAofthiscode.

Theinstallationelectrician,welder,andpersonnelinchargeofhoistingandelectrical

commissioningpersonnelshallworkwiththecertificaterequired.

Allthemeasuringinstrumentsforinstallationandcommissioningshallbecheckedfor

validity,andwithintheperiodofvalidityattimeofoperation.

2.1.2

Theconstructionfortheelectricalequipmentinstallationengineeringinmetallurgyshallbe

organizedinaccordancewiththeconstructionorganizationdesignandconstructionplan.Moreover,

aconstructiontechnologyprogramshallbepreparedforcomplicatedandimportantinstallationand

testoperation.Thetechnicaldetailsshallbedisclosedtotheconstructorsbeforeconstruction.

2.1.3专用

Low-voltageelectricalequipment,apparatusandmaterialaredefinedaswithACrated

voltageof1kVandbelow,orDCratedvoltageof1.5kVandbelow.Thehigh-voltageelectrical

equipment,apparatusandmaterialaredefinedaswithACratedvoltagemorethan1kVorDCrated

voltagehigherthan1.5kV.

2.1.4

Themeasuringinstrumentusedforelectricalequipmentandtheinstrumentrelatedto

electricalprotectionshallbecheckedforvalidity,andbewithintheperiodofvalidityattimeoftrial

operation.

2.1.5

Commissioningtestforelectricalequipmentinmetallurgymustmeettherequirementsof

StandardforCommissioningtestofElectricalEquipment

thecurrentnationalstandardGB50150

underElectricalEquipmentInstallationEngineering

.

2.1.6

Theequipmentandmaterialsusedfortheengineeringshallmeettherequirementsofthe

currentnationalstandardsandhaveaQualityCertificate.Theequipmentshallhaveanameplate

attached.Thenewequipmentandmaterialsforwhichtherearenotstandardsavailableshallhave

certificationdocumentsforenteringthemarketinaccordancewithlegalprocedures.Theimported

equipmentandmat人人文库erialsshallmeettherequirementsofcontract.

2.1.7

Theconstructionofelectricalequipmentinstallationengineeringinmetallurgyshallmeet

notonlytherequirementsofdesigndocumentsandthiscodebutalsotherequirementsofrelevant

installationandoperationinstructions.Themodificationtothedesignmustbeconfirmedbythe

originaldesignerinwriting.

2.1.8

Thelayingofelectricallinesandtheinstallationofelectricalequipmentinexplosivegas

atmospheresareonlyapplicabletotheelectricalinstallationengineeringwherethereisormaybe

gas,steam,dust,fiberexplosivemixtureandfirehazardousmaterialsduringtheprocessof

production,processing,handling,transportationorstorageinthemetallurgicalfactory.

2.1.9

Theinstallationofelectricalequipmentatthefirehazardousareaisonlyapplicableto

theelectricalinstallationengineeringwherethereisormaybefirehazardousmaterialsduring

theprocessofproduction,processing,handling,transportationorstorageinthemetallurgical

factory.

2.2InspectionofMainEquipmentandMaterials

2.2.1

Mainequipment,materials,andfinishedandsemi-finishedproductsshallmeetthe

requirementsofcurrentnationaltechnicalstandardsandhaveaQualityCertificate.Moreover,the

equipmentshallhaveanameplate.Thereceivinginspectionshallbedocumented.

2.2.2

Uponarrivingattheworkingsite,theequipmentandmaterialsusedfortheengineering

shallbeinspectedandacceptedasfollows:

Unpackandchecktheirspecification,modelandquantityforconformitywiththoseas

specifiedinthepackinglistandthedesigndocumentsandensuretheircompleteness.

Checkthetechnicaldocumentsandqualitycertificatesofproductsandrecordthemfor

keeping.

Visuallycheckaccordingtorelevantrequirements,andtakethenecessarymeasuresto

preventthemfromloss,damageanddeteriorationinaccordancewiththetechnicalrequirements.

2.2.3

Thenewelectricalequipment,apparatusandmaterialswhichenterthemarketin

accordancewithlegalproceduresshallhavetechnicaldocumentssuchasinstallation,

operationmaintenanceandtestinstructionsinadditiontocompliancewiththerequirements

ofthiscode.

2.3DivisionofConstructionQualityAcceptanceforElectricalEquipment

InstallationEngineeringinMetallurgy

2.3.1

Theacceptanceofconstructionqualityofelectricalequipmentinstallationengineeringin

metallurgyshallbedividedintotheacceptanceofunit(sub-unit)works,divisional(sub-divisional)

project,constituentworksandinspectionlot.

2.3.2

Unit(sub-unit)worksshallbedefinedasfollows:

Electricaldeviceinstallationworkswithanindependenttechnologicalsystemand

operationalfunctionisdefinedasaunitworks(e.g.,powertransmissionline,etc.).

Forlarge-scaleunitworks,itselectricaldeviceinstallationworkthatcanformindependent

operationalfunctionscanbedividedintosub-unitworks(e.g.,thecablenetworkwithinafactory,

etc.).

2.3.3

Divisional人人文库(sub-divisional)worksshallbedefinedasfollows:

Thedivisionofdivisionalworksmaybemadebasedonthetechnologicalsystem,zone,

workshop,factorybuilding,anddesigndrawings,etc.

Thedivisionalworkswithalargescaleandacomplicatedtechnologicalsystemmaybe

dividedintosubdivisionalworksinaccordancewiththerulesforthedivisionofdivisionalworks.

2.3.4

Constituentworksofelectricalequipmentinstallationengineeringinmetallurgyshallbe

namedinaccordancewithTable2.3.4.Aconstituentworksmaycompriseoneorseveralinspection

lots,whichcanbedividedinaccordancewiththeelectricalequipmentsystem,storiesofbuilding,

verticalandhorizontalrowsandcolumnsoffactorybuilding,andconstructiondrawingnumber

etc.,asrequiredbyconstructionandqualitycontrolpointsandacceptanceinspection.
