一、形容词最高级的用法1）形容词最高级：用于三者或三者以上的人或事物相比较；2）标志词：表比较范围时用in/of;3)形容词最高级前须加定冠词the.二、形容词及副词最高级形式的构成规则规则变化：1.单音节或少数双音节词

1）一般情况直接加est如tall---tallest;2）以e结尾的加st如fine---finest;3）以辅音+y结尾的把y改为i再加est如early-earliest;4）以重读闭音节结尾的，双写最后一个辅音字母再加est如fat---fattest.2.多音节词和部分双音节词，在词前加most如outgoing---mostoutgoing.
