Thejacketwillbetowedfromfabricationyardtoinstallationsiteby18000DWTSelf-propelledDeckCargoBarge(TaiAnKouorKangShengKou).Thepurposeoftheanalysisistoperformthestructuralstrengthcheckunderthetransportationconditions,inaccordingtotherequirementsofstructuraldesignspecificationof“DD-SPC-WHPA(JK)-ST-0001.One-thirdallowablestressesincreaseisusedforthecondition.

Thetransportationaccelerationsusedforthisanalysisareobtainedfrom“DD-RPT-WHPA(JK)-NA-0002JacketTransportationMotionAnalysis”.Bargemovingcriteriaarelistedintable1.0-1.

INTRODUCTION

ThePingBei&HuangyanOil&gasfieldislocatedintheEastChinaSea,thePeople’sRepublicofChina.Itisapproximately425kmsoutheasttoShanghaiwithwaterdepthinthisareaisabout79.4-97.3m.ThedevelopmentofBYTgasfieldconsistsofonefixedsteeljacketplatforms(BYTWHPA),foursubseapipelinesandtwocompositecables.

Thejacketisafour-leg,eight-skirtpilesteelframestructurewithfivehorizontallevels.Thejacketfeatureseightpiecesof2134mmdiameterskirtpiles,withtwopilesateachofthefourjacketlegs.Thejacketincludesninepiecesof24”conductors,onepieceof8”riser,onepieceof10”riser,onepieceof14”riser,onepieceof14”riserforfuture,twopiecesof440mm(ID)diameterpumpcasing,twopiecesof700mm(ID)diameterpumpcasing,twopiecesof14”cablecasings(onecasingforfuture),oneboatlanding,twobargebumpersandotherappurtenances.
