#/29t二18°C,At=95+70-18=64.5°C,K=2.503At0.293=8.49W/m2・°C;n2对于走廊:t二16°C,At=95+70-16=66.5°C,K=8.56W/m2・°C;n2对于餐厅:t二20°C,At=95+70-20=62.5°C,K=8.41W/m2・°C。n2对于楼梯间:t二14°C,At=95+70-14=68.5°C,K=8.64W/m2・°C。n24.2散热器的布置与安装散热器布置布置散热器应符合下列规定:1、散热器宜安装在外墙窗台下,沿散热器上升的对流热气流能阻止和改善从玻璃窗下降的冷气流和玻璃冷辐射的影响,使流经室内的空气比较暖和舒适;2、为防止散热器冻裂,两道外门之间,不应设置散热器。有冻结危险的楼梯间或其它有冻结危险的场所,应由单独的立、支管供暖,且不得装设调节阀;3、散热器一般明装,布置简单,内部装修要求较高的可暗装;4、在垂直单管或双管热水供暖系统中,同一房间的两组散热器可以串联连接;贮藏室、厕所和厨房等辅助用室及走廊的散热器,可同邻室串联连接;5、在楼梯间布置散热器时,考虑楼梯间热流上升的特点,应尽量布置在底层;6、铸铁散热器的组装片数,不宜超过下列数值:粗柱型(包括柱翼型)—20片;细柱型(四柱)—25片;长翼型—7片。散热器组对后,以及整组出厂的散热器在安装之前应做水压试验。散热器安装底部距地面不小于60mm,通常取150mm;顶部距窗台板不小于50mm;背部与墙面净距不小于25mm。本设计采用明装,安装在墙面,上加盖板,A=100mm,即B=1.023同侧连接,上进下出,即02-1.0,管道也明装于供暖房间内,所以管道散热量抵消了水冷却的影响。

4.3散热器的计算4.3.1散热器面积计算散热器散热面积F按参考文献⑵公式2-2计算:QK(t—t)pjn卩卩卩4-1)123式中F——散热器的散热面积(m2);Q散热器的散热量(W);K——散热器的传热系数[W/m2・°C];t——散热器内热媒平均温度(C);pjt――供暖室内计算温度(C);n0――散热器组装片数修正系数,查参考文献[2]附录表2-3。计算散热器散1热面积时,由于每组片数或总长度未定,可先假定0=1.0进行计算,计算出F和n的初始值,然后根据每组的片数或长度乘以修正系数01,最后确定散热面积。0――散热器连接方式修正系数,查参考文献⑵附录2-4,0=1.0;220散热器安装形式修正系数,查参考文献[2]附录2-5,0=1.02。以三楼西边典型办公室为例:Q1257F二Q000二——-1.02二2.34肝

会议室3261.211864.58.496.38282x14资料室234311864.58.494.6201走廊479611666.58.569.02393x13卫生间127421864.58.492.32101各楼梯间1890101468.58.643.42151各层散热器布置情况详见图纸。第五章供暖系统水力计算5.1水力计算方法上述已说明本设计系统分为3区,一二区为水平双管式系统,三区为上供下回双管式系统,所以水力计算也要进行分区计算。采用等温降法进行计算。双管同程式系统最不利循环环路与各并联环路之间的计算压力损失相对差额,不应大于±15%。(1)选择最不利环路;(2)计算通过最不利环路散热器的作用压力;(3)确定最不利环路个管段的管径;(4)确定沿程压力损失和局部阻力损失;(5)求环路压力损失;(6)计算富余压力;(7)确定其他立管及干管管径;(8)求各立管的不平衡率,不平衡率应在±10%以内。5.2一二区水力计算5.2.1一二区水力计算简图如下图:5.1一二区水力计算简图
