1、知识与技能目标：1.Knowledgeandskillsobjectives:遵照教育部2007年版《大学英语课程教学要求》，本阶段培养学生能听懂英语谈话和讲座，能基本听懂题材熟悉、篇幅较长的英语广播和电视节目，语速为每分钟150-180词，能掌握其中心大意，抓住要点和相关细节。能基本听懂用英语讲授的专业课程。能用英语就一般性话题进行比较流利的会话，能基本表达个人意见、情感、观点等，能基本陈述事实、理由和描述事件，表达较流利，语音、语调基本正确。能在交谈中使用有效的会话策略。Incompliancewiththe2007editionoftheMinistryofEducation,CollegeEnglishcurriculumrequirements,studentswillbeabletounderstandconversationsandlecturesinEnglish,familiarthemes,andlengthyEnglishradioandtelevisionprogramsataspeedof150-180wordsperminute,graspingthecentraleffect,andseizingthekeypointsandrelevantdetails.StudentswillhaveabasicunderstandingoftheprofessionalcoursestaughtinEnglish.TheywillbeabletospeakEnglishfluentlyongeneraltopics;expresspersonalopinions,emotions,andviewpoints;makebasicstatementsoffactorreason;anddescribeevents.Students’expressionoffluency,pronunciationandintonationwillbebasicallycorrectandtheywilluseeffectiveconversationalstrategiesinconversation.

掌握本课程内容，学生在课内外所要花费的时间为6学时左右。
