Abstract
Withtherapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnology,theconstructionofeducationalinformationinfrastructurehasbecomethefocusofcountriesaroundtheworld.TheUnitedStatesasadevelopedcountry,hasgraduallyestablishedacompleteeducationalinformationinfrastructure,whichhasgreatlyimprovedthequalityofeducationandpromotedthedevelopmentofeducation.ThispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationofeducationalinformationinfrastructureconstructionintheUnitedStates,discussesthedevelopmentpathofeducationalinformationinfrastructure,andputsforwardsuggestionsfortheconstructionofeducationalinformationinfrastructureinothercountries.

Introduction
Educationalinformationinfrastructurereferstoacomprehensiveinformationsystemthatintegratesvariouseducationalresourcesandprovidessupportforthedevelopmentofeducation.Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofinformationtechnology,theestablishmentandconstructionofeducationalinformationinfrastructurehasbecomeaglobalfocus.TheUnitedStatesisaleadingcountryinthefieldofeducation.Theconstructionofeducationalinformationinfrastructurehasplayedanimportantroleinpromotingthereformofeducationandimprovingthequalityofeducation.
ThispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationofeducationalinformationinfrastructureconstructionintheUnitedStates,exploresthedevelopmentpathofeducationalinformationinfrastructure,andputsforwardsuggestionsfortheconstructionofeducationalinformationinfrastructureinothercountries.
CurrentSituationofEducationalInformationInfrastructureConstructionintheUnitedStates
TheUnitedStateshasasoundeducationalinformationinfrastructure.Theconstructionofeducationalinformationinfrastructurehasbeenincludedinthenationaleducationstrategy.TheUnitedStatesattachesgreatimportancetotheconstructionofeducationalinformationinfrastructureandcontinuestoinvestheavilyinit.AccordingtothereportreleasedbytheNationalCenterforEducationStatisticsin2019,theUnitedStatesspent13.2billiononeducationaltechnologyandinfrastructure.
Intermsofhardware,theUnitedStateshasestablishedacompleteandadvancedcomputernetworksysteminschools,providingagoodhardwareenvironmentfortheconstructionofeducationalinformationinfrastructure.Intermsofsoftware,theUnitedStateshasdevelopedavarietyofeducationalsoftwaretomeettheneedsofdifferentlevelsofeducationanddifferentsubjects.Inaddition,theUnitedStateshasestablishedacompleteeducationaldataanalysissystem,whichcanprovideaccurateandup-to-datedatasupportforeducationaldecision-making.
TheconstructionofeducationalinformationinfrastructureintheUnitedStatesnotonlyimprovesthequalityofeducation,butalsopromotesthedevelopmentofeducation.Theestablishmentofeducationalinformationinfrastructurehasgreatlyimprovedtheefficiencyofeducation.Teacherscangivefullplaytotheirprofessionaladvantagesandengageinmoretargetedandeffectiveteachingthroughtheuseofeducationalinformationtechnology.Studentscanexpandtheirlearningresourcesbeyondtheclassroom,whichpromotesthedevelopmentoflifelonglearning.

ThedevelopmentofeducationalinformationinfrastructureintheUnitedStatescanbedividedintothreestages.
Stage1:PassiveStage(1980s-1990s)
Inthe1980sand1990s,thedevelopmentofeducationalinformationinfrastructureintheUnitedStateswasinapassivestage.Atthisstage,theconstructionofeducationalinformationinfrastructurewasmainlylimitedtohardware,suchastheestablishmentofcomputerlabsinschools.Theapplicationofeducationalinformationtechnologywasnotwidelyusedandmainlyfocusedoncomputer-assistedinstructionandadministrativemanagement.
Stage2:ActiveStage(2000s-2010s)
Inthe2000sand2010s,thedevelopmentofeducationalinformationinfrastructureintheUnitedStatesenteredanactivestage.Atthisstage,theconstructionofeducationalinformationinfrastructurewasstillfocusedonhardware,butsoftwarebegantobewidelyused.Theapplicationofeducationalinformationtechnologywasexpandedfromcomputer-assistedinstructionandadministrativemanagementtoonlinelearning,multimediateaching,anddataanalysis.
Stage3:IntelligentStage(2020s-)
Inthe2020s,thedevelopmentofeducationalinformationinfrastructureintheUnitedStatesenteredanintelligentstage.Atthisstage,theconstructionofeducationalinformationinfrastructurehasshiftedfromhardwareandsoftwaretointelligence.Thedevelopmentofartificialintelligencetechnologyhasgivenbirthtotheapplicationofintelligenteducation.Theapplicationofintelligenteducationtechnologyhasgreatlyimprovedtheefficiencyandeffectivenessofeducationandpromotedthedevelopmentofpersonalizededucation.
SuggestionsfortheConstructionofEducationalInformationInfrastructureinOtherCountries
BasedonthedevelopmentpathofeducationalinformationinfrastructureintheUnitedStates,theconstructionofeducationalinformationinfrastructureinothercountriesshouldfocusonthefollowingaspects.
First,attachgreatimportancetotheconstructionofeducationalinformationinfrastructureandallocatesufficientfundstosupportit.Theconstructionofeducationalinformationinfrastructureshouldbeincludedinthenationaleducationstrategyandcontinuouslyinvested.
Second,establishacompletecomputernetworksysteminschoolsandimprovethehardwareenvironmentfortheconstructionofeducationalinformationinfrastructure.
Third,developvariouseducationalsoftwaretomeettheneedsofdifferentlevelsofeducationanddifferentsubjects,andpromotethecombinationoftechnologyandeducation.
Fourth,establishacompleteeducationaldataanalysissystemandprovidedatasupportforeducationaldecision-making.
Fifth,exploretheapplicationofartificialintelligencetechnologyineducationandpromotethedevelopmentofintelligenteducation.
