基于素质模型的高校创新型科技人才培养研究
Abstract
ThecultivationofinnovativeandtechnologicaltalentsincollegesanduniversitiesisanimportanttaskofhighereducationinChina.Basedonthequalitymodel,thispaperproposesanewapproachtocultivateinnovativeandtechnologicaltalentsincollegesanduniversities.Themodelconsistsoffivedimensions,includingknowledge,ability,personality,professionalismandinnovation.Theresearchonthecultivationofinnovativeandtechnologicaltalentsincollegesanduniversitiesisofgreatsignificancefortheconstructionofhigh-qualityandinnovativetalentteamsinChina.
Introduction
Inrecentyears,withtherapiddevelopmentoftheeconomyandthecontinuousimprovementoftechnologicalinnovationinChina,thedemandforinnovativeandtechnologicaltalentshasbeenincreasing.Highereducationplaysacrucialroleinthecultivationofinnovativetalent.Therefore,collegesanduniversitiesneedtoactivelypromotethecultivationofinnovativeandtechnologicaltalents.Basedonthequalitymodel,thispaperproposesanewapproachtocultivateinnovativeandtechnologicaltalentsincollegesanduniversities.Themodelconsistsoffivedimensions,includingknowledge,ability,personality,professionalismandinnovation.Thepurposeofthispaperistoprovideatheoreticalbasisforthecultivationofinnovativeandtechnologicaltalentsincollegesanduniversities.
TheoreticalBasis
Thequalitymodelisacomprehensivesummaryofqualityeducationincollegesanduniversities.Itemphasizesthatthecultivationofstudents'qualityisthecoreofhighereducation.Thequalitymodelincludessixdimensions,includingknowledge,ability,personality,professionalism,creativityandethics.Thismodelproposesthatcollegesanduniversitiesshouldadoptacomprehensiveandmulti-levelapproachtocultivatestudents'quality.
Innovationisthedrivingforceforthedevelopmentofsociety.Thecultivationofinnovativetalentsisanimportanttaskofhighereducation.Innovativetalentsarenotonlyequippedwithhigh-levelknowledgeandskills,butalsohavetheabilitytoinnovate.Therefore,thecultivationofinnovativetalentsshouldbecombinedwiththecultivationofknowledge,ability,personalityandprofessionalism.
KnowledgeDimension
Theknowledgedimensionisthefoundationofthetalentcultivationmodel.Thecultivationofinnovativeandtechnologicaltalentsincollegesanduniversitiesmuststartwiththecultivationofprofessionalknowledge.Professionalknowledgeincludesnotonlytheoreticalknowledge,butalsopracticalskills.Therefore,collegesanduniversitiesshouldnotonlyprovidestudentswithbasictheoreticalknowledge,butalsoprovidethemwithopportunitiestopracticeandmasterpracticalskills.
AbilityDimension
Inadditiontoprofessionalknowledge,innovativeandtechnologicaltalentsshouldalsohaveavarietyofabilities.Theseabilitiesincludeanalyticalability,problem-solvingability,communicationability,teamworkability,andinnovationability.Analyticalabilityreferstotheabilitytoanalyzeandinterpretdataandinformation.Problem-solvingabilityreferstotheabilitytosolvecomplexproblems.Communicationabilityreferstotheabilitytoexpressideasclearlyandeffectively.Teamworkabilityreferstotheabilitytoworkeffectivelywithothers.Innovationabilityreferstotheabilitytogeneratenewideasandmethods.

Professionalismreferstotheabilitytoapplyprofessionalknowledgeandskillstopracticalwork.Itrequiresinnovativeandtechnologicaltalentstobecapableofindependentresearchanddevelopment,andtohavetheabilitytocontinuouslyacquirenewknowledgeandskills.Therefore,collegesanduniversitiesshouldprovidestudentswithopportunitiesforpracticalwork,andencouragethemtoparticipateinscientificresearchandinnovationactivities.
InnovationDimension
Innovationisthecoreofthecultivationofinnovativeandtechnologicaltalents.Innovativeandtechnologicaltalentsshouldhavetheabilitytocreatenewideasandtechnologies,andtoapplythemtopracticalwork.Therefore,collegesanduniversitiesshouldprovidestudentswithopportunitiesforinnovation,suchasinnovationcompetitions,innovationprojects,andinnovationincubators.
