SummaryofTeachingWorkintheFirstSemesterofGradeThreeEnglishThisacademicyear,IworkedasanEnglishteacherforClass2ofGradeThree.Basedonmyteachingexperience,Iwouldliketosharesomeinsightsonmyteachingmethods:Firstly,creatinganactivelearningatmosphereandstimulatingstudents'interestinlearningcanimproveteachingefficiency.AsEinsteinoncesaid,"Interestisthebestteacher."Therefore,Ifocusonstimulatingstudents'interestinlearningEnglishbyusingvariousteachingmethodsanddesigningdiverseteachingactivitiestocreateademocratic,equal,relaxed,andharmoniouslearningatmosphere.Thisallowsstudentstofullyutilizetheirthinkingandintelligence,andactivelyandhappilyengageinEnglishlearning.Secondly,creatingastrongEnglishlearningatmosphereisessential.Firstly,ItrytousesimpleEnglishtoorganizetheteachingprocessintheclassroom,whetherit'sgreeting,givinginstructions,orinvolvingstudentsinactivities,toencouragestudentstolisten,speak,andwriteEnglishasmuchaspossible,graduallycultivatingtheirEnglishlanguagehabits.ThisnotonlyincreasestheEnglishlearningatmosphereintheclassroombutalsocreatesagoodlanguageenvironmentforstudents,providingmoreopportunitiestolisten,speak,andwriteinEnglish.Secondly,Iusevariousvisualaids,suchasrealobjects,pictures,andcharts,tocreatescenariosforstudentstoengageinextensivelanguagepractice.Forexample,Itellstoriesusingchartsorrole-playtomaketheclassmoreenjoyable.Thirdly,Istrengthenlearningguidanceandhelpstudentsfindlearningrules.InmyEnglishclassroomteaching,Igenerallyhelpstudentsfindlearningrules,enablingthemtousetheserulestomastertheknowledgetheyhavelearnedinashortperiodoftime,thusimprovinglearningefficiency.Studentsareencouragedtolisten,analyze,andobserve,andthensummarizeontheirown.Withguidance,studentscanlearntoexploreanddiscoverlearningmethods,greatlyimprovingteachingeffectiveness.Fourthly,Ipayattentiontostudents'learningconditions.English,asalanguage,needstobeusedmoreinpractice.Therefore,inadditiontoclassroomexercises,studentsneedtoread,speak,listen,andpracticemoreintheirdailylives.Therefore,IsetupEnglishgroupsandEnglishreadingleadersineachclass.Everymorning,studentsreadwordsandtexts,andIcorrectanymistakesinatimelymanner.Afterclass,Icorrectandexplainanyproblemsintheirhomeworkandexercises,sothatstudentscanunderstandanddigesttheknowledgeinatimelymanner.Inaddition,forsomestudentswhoarenotself-aware,Iadopta"one-to-one"supervisionmethodtoensurethattheydonotfallbehindandimprovetheirreadingability.Fifthly,Ipayspecialattentiontothetransformationofunderachievingstudentsanddoagoodjobof"nurturingexcellenceandmakingupfordeficiencies."Ifocusontransformingunderachievingstudentsbyusingthe"one-to-one"method.Intheclassroom,Iaskmorequestionstostudentswithpoorgradessothattheydonotfeelforgottenordevelopasenseofinferiorityorself-abandonment.Iencouragethemtoactivelylearn,catchupwiththeirclassmates,andeventuallyreachthesamelevelastheirpeers
