6.OnStudents'InterpersonalRelationshipPositiveinterpersonalrelationshipsarevitalforoptimalhumangrowthanddevelopment.Howeverinrecentyearsconcernhasbeenexpressedbyeducatorsaboutthequalityofinterpersonalrelationshipamongstudentsininstitutionsofhighereducation.AccordingtoasurveyconductedbyHebeiUniversitymanycollege-agestudentsfindinterpersonalrelationshipthebiggestheadache.Increasingdiversityandrapidchangesinoursocietyaremakinginteractingwithotherscontinuallymorecomplexanddifficult.Withlimitedlifeexperiencesandsocialskillscollegestudentsarefacingmorechallengesindealingwithinterpersonalrelationship.Thisisespeciallytrueforstudentscomingfromruralareas.Becauseofextremelylimitedsocialskillstheyareoftenrejectedbyothers—andrejectiongivesthemevenfewerchancestolearnhowtobehavewithothers.Inmyopinionnowthatinterpersonalrelationshipisimportanttostudents'developmentcollegesshouldkeepupdatedandoffercomprehensiveinterpersonalrelationshipscourse.Thecourseshouldaddresstheknowledgeskillsattitudesandbehaviorsallstudentsneedtoparticipateinpositiverelationshipsinthefamilyandwithindividualsatschoolinthecommunityandintheworkplace.OnStudents'InterpersonalRelationshipPositiveinterpersonalrelationshipsarevitalforoptimalhumangrowthanddevelopment.However,inrecentyears,concernhasbeenexpressedbyeducatorsaboutthequalityofinterpersonalrelationshipamongstudentsininstitutionsofhighereducation.AccordingtoasurveyconductedbyHebeiUniversity,manycollege-agestudentsfindinterpersonalrelationshipthebiggestheadache.Increasingdiversityandrapidchangesinoursocietyaremakinginteractingwithotherscontinuallymorecomplexanddifficult.Withlimitedlifeexperiencesandsocialskills,collegestudentsarefacingmorechallengesindealingwithinterpersonalrelationship.Thisisespeciallytrueforstudentscomingfromruralareas.Becauseofextremelylimitedsocialskills,theyareoftenrejectedbyothers—andrejectiongivesthemevenfewerchancestolearnhowtobehavewithothers.Inmyopinion,nowthatinterpersonalrelationshipisimportanttostudents'development,collegesshouldkeepupdatedandoffercomprehensiveinterpersonalrelationshipscourse.Thecourseshouldaddresstheknowledge,skills,attitudesandbehaviorsallstudentsneedtoparticipateinpositiverelationshipsinthefamilyandwithindividualsatschool,in
