质量培训主管岗位职责

职责描述:

参加制定、修订并部门sop，跟进收集sop的依从和反馈信息;

执行sop相关的培训和考评工作;

组织团队执行临床试验质量限制活动，包括但不限于实施质控协同监查，项目主文件核查以及参加制定和跟进订正和预防措施;

完善问题上报和记录系统，建立质量体系的数据收集和分析系统，为后续试验项目的规划和实施供应参考。

帮助或协调临床试验项目或探讨中心打算和接受稽查，或法规部门的检查和视察;

对临床试验核心文件的撰写和修订，供应质量管理方面的建议。

依据相关法规要求、行业趋势，公司的质量体系要求，制定培训安排;

组织团队落实部门的专业培训安排，收集培训反馈，跟进培训结果;

主导并维护部门的专业学问库，帮助督促有关人员学习并完成签认纪录;

实施标杆比照，向部门和团队举荐最佳实践;

根据运营部要求，供应临床监查的现场培训以及情景模拟，以规范培训和考察监查技能。
