overtheentiresurface,preventingoxygenfromenteringthewater.

Fourth,warmwater.Industryoftenuseswaterforcoolingprocesses,sometimes

discharginglargequantitiesofwarmwaterbackintorivers.Ahighertemperatureof

Chinaismakingeffortstoincreasetheproportionofcleanenergyinitstotalenergy

consumption.StatisticsshowthatChinainvestedUS$34,6billionincleanenergylast
