andregeneratedbyusingself–heatingFeature:adopttwintower,oneabsorbingwaterundercertainpressurewhiletheotheroneregeneratesbyusingsmallpartofdriedair〔pressureislittlehigherthanstandardairpressure〕.Andtheyexchangebyturnwithinonecycle.Thethreestagesare:absorbing–regenerating–balancingpressure1压缩空气枯燥机Compressed压缩空气枯燥机Compressedairdryers工艺流程:JLAH型微热再生吸附式枯燥机的工艺流程如图一所示,压缩空气通过IA进入吸附塔A,空气被CARV的流量掌握,进入到H中,在H内再生空气被加热,温度上升,再经OB流入吸附塔B。吸附塔B内有上半个周期吸附下来的水份,再生气带走这些水份并经RBMF排空,此为加热再生阶段。随着加热时间的延长,B塔内的温度不断上升,经过肯定时间,H断电,再生空气冷却,此为冷却再生RB关闭,吸附塔B保证两塔压力均衡,否则可能引起出口处压力波动。半个循环周期后,IAIB翻开。延时RA翻开。现在吸附塔B开头枯燥空气,而吸附塔A则进入再生状态。吸附塔B工作半个周期后重回到再生状态,这段时间为一个循环周期。JLAH-typemicroheatregeneratedadsorptiondryerprocessisshowninFigcompressedairenteringthroughtheIAadsorptiontowerA,theairisdry.AfterdryingairthroughtheCAreachestheoutlet,whereinapartoftheairastheregenerationgasarriveseparatedfromthegasstreampriortotheoutlet,theflowcontrolviatheRVintotheH,theHintheregenerationairisheated,thetemperaturerise,andthenbyOBflowingintotheadsorptiontowerB.TheadsorptiontowerBintheupperhalfcycleofadsorptiondownthewater,andthenangryawaymoistureandRBandMFemptyingtheregenerationstage,andthisisheated.Withtheextensionoftheheatingtime,thetemperatureofthecolumnBisrising,afteracertaintime,Hpower,reconditioningaircooling,thisregenerationstageforcooling.RBoffafterasettime,theadsorptiontowerBstartsastepuntilthepressurebalanceofthetwotowers.Boostrequiresacertainamountoftime,toensurethatthepressureequalizationofthetwotowers,ormaycausetheoutletpressurefluctuations.Afterhalfcycle,IAclosed,whileIBOpen.AfterafewsecondsdelayRAopens.TheadsorptioncolumnBisnowthestartofthedryingair,whiletheadsorptiontowerAintothereproductionstate.AdsorberBtoworkhalfcyclebackafterthereproductionstate,thistimeforaperiodofonecycle.2压缩空气枯燥机Compressedair压缩空气枯燥机CompressedairdryersTowerAisabsorbing代号(工艺流程名称图workingprocesschart)代号TowerBisabsorbing名称IA、IBCA、CBH进气阀止回阀加热器RA、RBOA、OBRV再生阀止回阀再生气调整阀MF消声器PA、PB压力表3压缩空气枯燥机Compressedairdryers特点features
