要求召开会议，汇报和/或回顾根据本MOU所开展活动的进展，并计划和实施未来的活动。3.4ThePartiesmayinvitetechnicalteamstoattendmeetingswiththescopeofcooperationgovernmentofficialsfornegotiationsoftheProjectsandimplementation.Invitationsshallbemadeinreasonabletime(withonemonthpriornotice)andtakeintoaccountoftheworkschedulesoftheParties.各方可以邀请技术团队参加与合作范围内的政府的会议来商讨项目和实施。 邀请应提前做好（提前一个月）并要考虑工作日程。ArticleIVImplementationoftheMOU本MOU的实施4.1Inordertoimplementthespecificactivitiesenvisionedhereunder,thePartiesshall4concludetransactionagreements,cost-sharingagreementsetc.whichshallspecifythescopeofworkandcostsorexpenses,salesrevenueorprofitrelatingtotheactivityandhowtheywilltobesharedand/orbornebytheParties.Thecost-sharingagreementsshallspecifyindetailtheexpensesneedtobeinvestedduringthewholeprocessoftheProjects,includingbutnotlimitedtothepreparation,operationandfinalizationoftheProjects.为了实施下文约定的具体行动，各方应签订交易协议、费用共担协议等，明确与上述具体行动有关的工作范围、 成本、销售收入或利润及其如何分配和承担。成本共担协议应明确项目全程所投入的详细成本， MOU有关的所需要或允许作出的所有通知和其他通讯均应当以书面形式作出，且应当合法且有效地以挂号信、邮寄、私人递送或传真（不接受电子邮件）形式递送至本 MOU下文约定的各方地址，或者各方不时更新的其他地址。在下列情形下递送的通知应视为已送达：（1）如果以私人递送的方式，通知到达被送达人的下述地址或其他的最新已知地址；或（
