Abstract:

Background:Periodontitisisacommonperiodontaldiseasewithahighincidencerate.Afterimplantrepairisusedclinically,changesinthesurroundingtissueoftheimplantmayaffectitsstabilityandsurvivalrate.ThisstudyaimstoexplorethechangesofpHvalueintheimplantationareaofperiodontitispatientswithdifferentloadingtimesanditsrelationshipwithclinicalindicators.

Methods:80patientswithdentalcarieswereselected,including40normalcontrolgroupsand40experimentalgroupsdiagnosedwithperiodontitis.ThepHvalueofthesurroundingtissueoftheimplantintheexperimentalgroupwasmonitoredwithdifferentloadingtimesafterimplantation,andthechangesofclinicalindicatorswererecorded.

Results:ThepHvalueoftheimplantareaintheexperimentalgroupshowedatrendoffirstdecreasingandthenincreasing,andreachedthelowestpointafter6monthsofloading(P<0.05).Amongtheclinicalindicators,thegingivalbleedingindexandperiodontalpocketdepthshowedatrendoffirstincreasingandthendecreasing,whichwasconsistentwiththetrendofchangesinthepHvalueoftheimplantarea(P<0.05).
