随着中国对外开放的加速推进，沿边地区自由贸易试验区的建设也日趋完善，跨境物流网络的发展成为了沿边地区外贸发展的重要基础。本文通过对沿边地区自由贸易试验区的实地调研和理论分析，探究了其跨境物流网络的演化路径及优化方案。

在演化路径方面，本文根据经济社会发展的阶段变化，将跨境物流网络的演化过程划分为了初期阶段、发展阶段和成熟阶段三个阶段，并针对不同阶段的特点和问题提出了相应的优化方案。在初期阶段，应加强边境口岸的建设和互联互通，提高通关效率；在发展阶段，应加强物流服务、提高仓储和运输水平；在成熟阶段，应加强物流信息化与智能化，提高物流效益和环保减排。

在优化方案方面，本文提出了“建设统一平台、优化运输方式、加快通关速度、提升物流服务和加强人才培养”五个方面的具体措施。其中，建设统一平台可以解决物流信息不对称问题，提高物流效率；优化运输方式可以降低物流成本，提高物流服务水平；加快通关速度可以解决物流过程中的瓶颈问题，提高物流效率；提升物流服务可以提高客户满意度，提高物流效益；加强人才培养可以为物流业发展提供人才支持，提高物流效率。

Abstract:

WiththeaccelerationofChina'sopeninguptotheoutsideworld,theconstructionoftheborderfreetradezoneisbecomingmoreandmoreperfect,andthedevelopmentofcross-borderlogisticsnetworkhasbecomeanimportantfoundationfortheforeigntradedevelopmentofborderareas.Basedonfieldinvestigationandtheoreticalanalysisoftheborderfreetradezone,thispaperexplorestheevolutionpathandoptimizationschemeofcross-borderlogisticsnetwork.

Intermsofevolutionpath,thispaperdividestheevolutionprocessofcross-borderlogisticsnetworkintothreestages:initialstage,developmentstageandmaturestageaccordingtothestagechangesofeconomicandsocialdevelopment,andputsforwardcorrespondingoptimizationmeasuresforthecharacteristicsandproblemsofdifferentstages.Intheinitialstage,weshouldstrengthentheconstructionandinterconnectionofborderportsandimprovecustomsclearanceefficiency;inthedevelopmentstage,logisticsservicesshouldbestrengthenedandstorageandtransportationlevelshouldbeimproved;inthematurestage,logisticsinformationandintelligentizationshouldbestrengthenedtoimprovelogisticsefficiencyandenvironmentalprotection.
